Instead of providing clear evidence, surveillance review results, or proper communication, the company withheld my pay and claimed there would be a lengthy investigation. I requested clarification, documentation, preservation of security footage/access logs, and updates in writing, yet communication became extremely limited. The entire situation has been handled in a way that felt disorganized, unprofessional, and unfair. Communication was also extremely difficult and inconsistent throughout the process, making resolution even more frustrating. Based on my experience, I would strongly discourage both contractors and customers from using this company. If you do work with them, document absolutely everything -- including equipment returns, timestamps, photos, communications, and event records.

I can't believe its taken me this long to write a review, but I was reminded of this because I was…read moreat a wedding this past weekend where I saw another photobooth's final product print and was appalled at the quality. I must say that one of the things I like most about Snapshot moments is not only the design of the print, but the quality of it as well. Its not cheap photo paper nor something of the level you print out at home. Its serious quality paper like if you were to get something printed at a storefront. Kimson also does an amazing job with designing creative templates. I used him for both my kid's birthday parties this year and of course it was a hit. I think my 4-yr-old is addicted to photobooths now. I've gonna to enough parties and weddings now to know a quality photobooth when I see it. Oh - not to mention that I like the concept of an "open air" booth. Its leaves more space for movement and getting lots of people in. I also prefer the 4x6 design/prints that he offers - instead of doing the typical smaller strips. I can't rave enough about SnapShots. Looking forward to using him again next year!
