Adrian was super great to work with, he set up the photobooth subtly without drawing too much attention from our guests. The photobooth set up time was super quick as well. The photobooth was user friendly, easy to use and super fun! Adrian was there during the photobooth use to answer any questions and help with anything. The photobooth pictures itself were very high quality. Adrian brings lots of fun props that are specific for your event! Such as wedding/marriage specific etc. Adrian ensured that my husband and I had time to take pictures alone as well which I really appreciated. All our wedding guests raved about the photobooth and it was definitely a big hit! Adrian's prices are very reasonable and the quality of the photobooth was amazing! Thank you Adrian for making our wedding day even more fun and special! We look forward to having you in our next upcoming events!

I got a small refund after fighting for it and was also told I would get a 10 by 10 canvas for a photo of our choosing. The company stopped replying about that. Pretty much you can go with ANY other Photo Booth company and get better service because there's absolutely no reason to go with this company. They can't deliver on anything they promise and for an event like a wedding, I would 200% go with a more trustworthy company. Just fyi the photobooth also broke down for a short time too during the wedding. I so regret choosing them! Danielle, Janine, Lindo, Anna at this company are jokes of employees. Their email also got hacked and I got phishing emails. They knew about it and didn't even bother contacting their clients about it to warn them. Scam of a company.

Later I found out the guy acted annoyed to our guests that wanted to get their photos taken. I'm very disappointed that I paid for this for our wedding and wish we had never heard about a portable Photo Booth. I left a bad review through their website and heard nothing back. They were also weeks late in delivering the crap photos from the wedding in the online portal. Again, please avoid the portable photo booth. Don't fall for it.

Their service was impeccable, especially when faced with the challenge of an early delivery mishap. Their willingness to share the cost of overnight shipping to ensure we had the photo booth for our big day was beyond what we could have asked for. We chose the more expensive model and the quality of the photos, even in less than ideal lighting, was amazing, and the ease of use and ability to text photos directly made it a hit. Seeing the full gallery of photos afterwards was a joy, capturing so many wonderful moments. I can't thank Pixilated enough for adding such a memorable and enjoyable aspect to our wedding celebration - which also saved us a lot of money compared to a staffed photo booth!

They arrived to our event before their scheduled start time and set up their booth. I love that the pictures print out within seconds of finishing the last pose! My husband and I went to the "booth" six times throughout the night! (It's not really a booth you get inside of, but all open space.) The actual pictures look great and really professional. The pictures were available on their website (which was printed on the bottom of the printed photos) a few days after the event. You can download them with their logo or purchase the picture if you don't want the logo on them. I would have loved to have something like this at our wedding, but these were not around (and if they were, then they were not as popular then!) at that time. I would definitely recommend Pixilated for your next event!

I am SO glad we decided to get the photo booth! Especially as a bride, hopping into the photo booth to both take a break and to enjoy taking pictures with family and friends was awesome. I also worked since 2019 with Greg and Tina at Monumental Photo Booths because we had to push our event 3 times due to COVID. Each time Greg and Tina were so kind and accommodating. They truly made me feel like they were only working for/with me, yet were a family business, and they were extremely responsive, professional and compassionate about our situation. Seriously, look no further, it was worth it! Friends and family used the booth the entire time we had it - I only wish I had booked it for longer! We got the photos online immediately after the event, also, which really helps when it comes to waiting for the other professional photographer's pictures. The photo booth pictures retained the high of our event for a week later! Thanks to Monumental Photo Booths for making our night so fun and special! I already have a few friends that have reached out to book Monumental Photo Booths for their events and of course I was happy to pass along contact information!

I must say that one of the things I like most about Snapshot moments is not only the design of the print, but the quality of it as well. Its not cheap photo paper nor something of the level you print out at home. Its serious quality paper like if you were to get something printed at a storefront. Kimson also does an amazing job with designing creative templates. I used him for both my kid's birthday parties this year and of course it was a hit. I think my 4-yr-old is addicted to photobooths now. I've gonna to enough parties and weddings now to know a quality photobooth when I see it. Oh - not to mention that I like the concept of an "open air" booth. Its leaves more space for movement and getting lots of people in. I also prefer the 4x6 design/prints that he offers - instead of doing the typical smaller strips. I can't rave enough about SnapShots. Looking forward to using him again next year!
