We rented round tables, chairs, pretty linens, glassware, coffee urns and banquet equipment, and it was beyond our expectations. All items were delivered clean, tidy and in excellent condition. The delivery gang came on time, unpacked with great care and ensured that we were all supplied with all the items before they departed. They were immediately professional and made us feel at ease. The reception was beautifully done, with high-quality linens, gorgeous chairs and tables in place. Post-wedding pickup was as seamless and convenient. They really did a great job making our special day so memorable, and many of the guests appreciated the setup. I highly recommend DC Party Rental Supplies to anyone looking to have a party of any size.

Worst customer service!!!!…read more I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The customer service was unprofessional, and the whole process felt unnecessarily difficult. They seemed unhappy when I declined some of the services and explained that they couldn't accommodate my setup. They also said delivery would be left at the pickup street rather than directly in front of the building, which was frustrating. Their pricing and pickup arrangements were confusing, and the invoice was just a basic spreadsheet!! The way everything was handled made me uncomfortable, so I decided to choose another company. I regularly organize parties, and based on this experience, I wouldn't consider using them again!!!

I tested the one unit at home before the event and it worked. I knew enough of how to connect cables from one unit to the other as directed with a sticker on the back of the speakers. At the party I could only get one of the two speakers to work - I could not get the second speaker to connect to the first one. I had a reunion party to get moving and could not spend all night hoping to get the second unit working or deal with hoping someone in the company would call me. Zoe Rentals should have provided directions and tested the units with me when I was at the store asking for help to ensure the units worked versus no help at all. When I did speak to someone, she had no clue what the problem was and said someone at the store could have helped - WRONG! No one was there to help. Very disappointed. Stick to chairs and tables.

Before you read my review I should mention that I did not comparison shop for my wedding rentals…read moresince my caterer already had a working agreement with them. Scheduling an appointment at their showroom was a breeze. I went in with my mother and mother-in-law and we spent a full hour fondling tablecloths, testing our chairs, and clinking glass ware. We had so much fun looking at all the beautiful table setting porn that they had and our consultant only stepped in when we needed her. Once we made our final pick we were on our way and was promised a quote in the next day. It took several days and several emails to get a finalized quote which was a little bit disheartening since after we received that quote we had a few questions and changes and it again took another few days to answer. After things were settled we were then informed that they no longer had a full set of the dishware we requested which also a bummer as well. Our consultant was nice enough to make a few more suggestions but none of them really matched the style that we wanted but we were able to make do with a more simpler pattern. Pre-event and post-event everything was set up and picked up on time which was awesome. Overall, a good vendor but I wish they would work on having more of an efficient communication system.

Despite our best efforts, there was no way to quickly contact the company in an emergency/unsafe situation. Tried getting driver's attention, calling the phone number in Google, and using the company chat but there is no way to reach them. Their own phone system says there is no way to reach them by phone without an active event number. Mistakes happen. But if an events company can't be reached in an actual emergency due to "excessive call volume" (their phone system says), I can only imagine what a mess they are to work with for actual events.
