We were honestly nervous that a wedding DJ wouldn't be able to "touch" our style or balance the transition between high-energy sets and the lower-energy moments, but Maz was a total god. It wasn't just a wedding playlist; it was a curated, professional set that felt exactly like "us." I am an extremely picky person when it comes to my dancing music, but Maz had me locked in. My main memory of the night is never being able to leave the dance floor; every time I tried to go grab a drink or take a breather, he would drop another absolute fire hit that forced me right back into the crowd. Beyond his technical skill as a mixer, Maz is just an incredible person to work with. Another DJ who was booked for our date actually recommended Chris and I immediately recognized his name from the radio thinking there was no way we could afford this famous DJ. He was super affordable and the packages he offered were comparable to others in the area. We met with Chris in person to go over the event and he was so sweet - we clearly didn't know what we wanted and he was super patient. Chris even gave us some sample timelines of other couples so we had something to copy. Our wedding was at Turf Valley and Chris was familiar with the venue, so he had some really good suggestions - he actually was the reason we extended the reception an extra hour, which we are so glad we did! Chris had 2 conference calls with us where we went through some key songs (father/daughter, first dance, etc.), but we just let him take the reigns on everything else and he absolutely KILLED IT! We used Chris before he had the photo booth and other services, but I'm sure those are top notch as well. I would (and do) recommend Chris to everyone!
