She puts her all into her business and ensuring that her clients are happy and well taken care of. For our wedding, Erin catered breakfast/lunch at the house for the girls. We had charcuterie and yogurt, salads, wraps and more. It was all beautiful and delicious. Everyone loved it. Then Erin was kind enough to stick around to serve ice cream from her new yellow vintage camper for our guests as dessert. We had multiple different flavors and guests loved going out to visit the camper and get ice cream. So many guests told us about it after the wedding and it was my husband's favorite thing at our wedding. We talked about it for over a year leading up to the wedding!!! He was beyond friendly & wanted to make sure our questions were answered. The freezers are conveniently labeled so that you can find the products you desire. Love that they bring in various vendors, including Fossil Farms (NJ) but also some local NH products. There are also other products, such as dressings, marinades, seasonings, etc. for sale. The store is small but very clean. Taking a left onto route 4 is a challenge but still worth a visit. The prices are extremely fair! There is also a rewards program where you can get $ off for every so many points. We signed up that very day & already have 58 points. For example, you earn $5 off for 50 points, or $10 for 100 points etc. Worth it to me! Jason said they are currently working on a new location in Epsom at the circle. It will have a different name & more of a butcher shop. He plans to keep The Healthy Buffalo open for another year, depending on inventory & how sales go with the new location.

Great Circle did not disappoint and treated us to simply amazing food and hospitality. The staff was extremely professional and almost invisible(in a good way) during the reception on September 1st at the Portsmouth Elks Club.
