Cindy has a wealth of experience and resources to share, and I really like her approach as well. She's very open, easy to talk to, and she tells me like it is-- which is what I personally need. We used to meet in person, but since the beginning of the pandemic, I switched to virtual video sessions, which have worked out quite well. I find that I get the most out of our sessions together when I commit to doing the homework and also trying the other resources and techniques she recommends. Cindy offers guidance and insight that I can really put to use-- not just for myself-- but also within my personal relationships and career pursuits. If you're looking to make some long-lasting positive changes in your life, and are willing to put in the personal effort it takes to make those happen, I wholeheartedly recommend that you get in touch with Cindy!

Therefore, I needed a new one,…read morewhich was already very hard on me since I had such a good relationship with the one from school. I called this office prior to verify she had all my records so I could get medication. They didn't have my records at all my first visit and only had half on my second visit. I drove over an hour to find this out. My insurance only works in 1 county (the county I bought it in). I scheduled a televisit appointment but I NEVER got a call from them. 30 min. after my scheduled time I called asking when I could expect a call, as I myself had patients coming in soon. (I waited because my last phone appointment with them ran about 30-45 minutes late, which is fine, it's like a virtual waiting room). The assistant said "i called you, what would you like me to do" I said I would like my meds as I just spent an hour at work staring at my phone. Then she said "its not my first day. you'll need to reschedule". she kept reading my number off her screen, but that does not mean it was typed in correctly. (my phone number has ALOT of 8's,). I pulled up my phone rec's and had employees at my job call me to make sure my phone worked andddd it did. I couldn't even get an apology for things getting messed up. A simple "I'm sorry" or some sort of empathy for the patients schedule was just non existent. I understand they have a schedule also, but they left me in the dust. I refill medications 40 hrs a week, she could have easily conducted a short term solution for this until I had a chance to look at my schedule again. The Dr. called me that evening, around 7pm, which I did very much appreciate, she even said she would call me back the next day. She did NOT call me the next day. This office has only caused me distress. I have never left a negative review in my entire life, but this got me very upset. (I waited a week to post something with the hope this would be corrected).

I was in such despair and as a result, not only my mental health but also my physical health was taking a deep dive. Neytiri is VERY intuitive and able to dial in using different techniques. She has an AH-Mazing array of "tools" in her basket. The primary therapy we used for my situation was EMDR, it was life-changing. She tends to know which direction to go in each session, and she kept me on task, redirecting rather than allowing for diversion and delay. She has a gentle way of bringing about the truth and helping me to understand the root of the issues I was having and the mental/physical correlation to specific life events. Neytiri is down-to-earth, honest, compassionate, knowledgeable, and skilled. She offers ideas /solutions on how to best work thru issues we uncovered. In the end, it was always my choice how to proceed. She doesn't back down, yet she is gentle in her approach. She keeps it real. She is honest about herself and doesn't think she is, or portray herself as super human. Although I feel she has super powers! I do appreciate her and her unique skill set. I have seen 5 different therapists in my adult life, and never have I felt so accomplished and empowered thru any other therapy. She is simply the BEST! If you are looking for a life changing therapist, go ahead and interview her for your needs Thanks so very much Neytiri.

I first met Melissa as a colleague in 2010, and she quickly earned my respect as an intuitive,…read moreattuned, and skilled clinician. In my early years as a therapist, she showed me the ropes about how to really connect to a client's process, and I used this time to glean from her creativity and unique ability to think outside the box. Over the years, I have consulted with Melissa countless times, and her ability to cut straight to the core of the matter never ceases to amaze me. She utilizes any number of a hundred different techniques, engages her spiritual self, and even sets up her office to appeal to the five senses. She encourages paying special attention to the what the body is communicating to her clients, she helps her clients access deep places in the soul, and she provides a safe place to land during these scary conversations. She is, in one word, amazing. I have absolutely no hesitations in recommending Melissa. If you want to be surprised by the deep beauty within, find a way to spend time with her. If you have a complex problem or situation you're contending with, you will not find a better co-sojourner for the truth than Melissa. She is an excellent partner in the process, and you will be forever enriched.

After calling and leaving a message for clarification about a medical order, I never received a return call. When I called back later that day, I was simply told I needed to schedule an appointment to speak with the doctor. The office is over 30 minutes from my home, so it's not as if I can just stop by to resolve a communication issue. Like many large practices, everything goes through a call center, making it nearly impossible to reach the office directly. Florida has no shortage of medical providers. Customer service is what separates exceptional practices from mediocre ones, and this experience has been disappointing. I'm posting this in the hope that it gets the attention of the front office. I'll update my review if the situation is resolved.
