I was in such despair and as a result, not only my mental health but also my physical health was taking a deep dive. Neytiri is VERY intuitive and able to dial in using different techniques. She has an AH-Mazing array of "tools" in her basket. The primary therapy we used for my situation was EMDR, it was life-changing. She tends to know which direction to go in each session, and she kept me on task, redirecting rather than allowing for diversion and delay. She has a gentle way of bringing about the truth and helping me to understand the root of the issues I was having and the mental/physical correlation to specific life events. Neytiri is down-to-earth, honest, compassionate, knowledgeable, and skilled. She offers ideas /solutions on how to best work thru issues we uncovered. In the end, it was always my choice how to proceed. She doesn't back down, yet she is gentle in her approach. She keeps it real. She is honest about herself and doesn't think she is, or portray herself as super human. Although I feel she has super powers! I do appreciate her and her unique skill set. I have seen 5 different therapists in my adult life, and never have I felt so accomplished and empowered thru any other therapy. She is simply the BEST! If you are looking for a life changing therapist, go ahead and interview her for your needs Thanks so very much Neytiri.

In my early years as a therapist, she showed me the ropes about how to really connect to a client's process, and I used this time to glean from her creativity and unique ability to think outside the box. Over the years, I have consulted with Melissa countless times, and her ability to cut straight to the core of the matter never ceases to amaze me. She utilizes any number of a hundred different techniques, engages her spiritual self, and even sets up her office to appeal to the five senses. She encourages paying special attention to the what the body is communicating to her clients, she helps her clients access deep places in the soul, and she provides a safe place to land during these scary conversations. She is, in one word, amazing. I have absolutely no hesitations in recommending Melissa. If you want to be surprised by the deep beauty within, find a way to spend time with her. If you have a complex problem or situation you're contending with, you will not find a better co-sojourner for the truth than Melissa. She is an excellent partner in the process, and you will be forever enriched.

Mindful Behavioral Healthcare is WONDERFUL. From scheduling through to reception, then off to the…read moretechs, nurses and doctors (psychiatry and therapy), there in a class of their own. A high quality, extremely knowledgeable, deeply caring and compassionate, listening and putting the needs of their patients first, with top notch expertise are but a few words I would use to describe the excellence of care. I've read reviews complaining about phones or office wait times, and sure... those were (might still be) a bit arduous, but by no fault of the office, medical or administrative. The truth is, they're a private service offering an innumerable amount of patients help... they turn no one away, so of course there were/are longer hold times at times or wait times while there. The doctors never, and I've seen many over the years, push you out of their office, even once your time's up - they care, listen and give you the time you need (to a point, they can't go over by too much with a full office waiting). With doctors and staff that care as much as they do, and with the huge amount of patients that they see, it's to be expected that the phones or wait times in the office might be a little backed up. In fact, they opened a 2nd office and have a call center dedicated to the phones in an effort to resolve most of the phone holding and they've done a GREAT job at that. Upon first becoming a patient in their Kissimmee office a handful of years ago, I was met by Sulene (Sue or Zue as I call her). She had the biggest and brightest smile on her face and helped me through the entire process of signing up as a new patient. From that first day through to the current time and the many positions she's held there, she's always gone out of her way, stopping what she's doing at times, to help me with anything I need. She knows almost every aspect of the administrative process and then some and she won't hesitate to help, and help with a smile. Then there was her cousin "MO" - I don't know her actual name, just her nickname... I don't believe she's still there, I could be wrong, but she too always welcomed me with a smile and warm and friendly welcome. "Zue" -- we laugh when I call her that - is like a shining bright ray of sun. Warm and welcoming and always willing to help at any cost, she'll get it done! Each tech and/or nurse (too many to list, and some names I don't recall) has always laughed with me, listened and cared about me - always going out of their way to make me feel comfortable, calm and heard - I've always felt like a priority when going in - wait times or not. Ashley, someone who used to work in scheduling (phones), was the most helpful person ever. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, always doing her best to fit me in even if there's no room to fit, as well as get me to see the Dr. of my choice (when able, if able). She was so kind, friendly and felt like family when speaking to her and I'm sure many feel the same way, because she was promoted to the Supervisor of that department and it was a WELL DESERVED promotion! The Office Manager is AMAZING. Anytime I've had even the smallest concern or request, she's worked with me personally to resolve it. Always on top of things, able to resolve anything swiftly, always making things work, and work well. For Therapy, I've only seen Deborah Rivera, and there's no one more compassionate, caring, truly involved, professional and comforting than she is. She goes above and beyond, a case load (patients) so large that I don't know how she does it without her head spinning, but she does, and she does it with great expertise and extreme warmth and commitment to her patient's care. Deborah got me through the worst of times, listening, caring, guiding me and more. She made a huge difference in my life. For Psych, I began years ago with Linda, no longer there, who genuinely felt like a mother or aunt. She was professional and knowledgeable, but also incredibly personal and warm, it was wonderful seeing her. Unfortunately, she moved and left quite some time ago. I then began seeing Dr. Melendez who I can't rave enough about. Such a soft, compassionate, welcoming, kind doctor, who not only knows how to help, but does so in the most soothing way and always goes the extra mile. Dr. Melendez stopped taking my insurance, but I highly recommend him to anyone he can see. I then began to see Dr. Gonzalez (RIP). My gosh yet another Dr. who far exceeded the bar. Very sadly, Dr. Gonzalez passed in 2020 and will be remembered by many, myself included. Due to his sudden passing, and without another Psych lined up for me yet, the Founder & CEO, Dr. Charneco saw me personally. What a lovely Dr. with a literal plethora of knowledge and specialized care behind her countless years in medicine. Even though it was an extremely upsetting day (losing Dr. Gonzalez), Dr. Charneco made me feel like a priority. She's Amazing! Mindful Behavioral is Wonderful! I highly recommend them! KF

Due to their lack of organization and/or guidance, I had to speak with the supervisor. I sat down waiting to be called to the front desk. Minutes later the supervisor, called me from the front desk area (it has multiple windows). I approached the window of the representative I originally talked to. The supervisor looked at me and said: "No! Over here." Calling me to the window she was in front of her. I thought supervisors had to display and treat people with professionalism, not treat patients/clients like they are talking to one of their buddies or someone in the street. Decorum has gone out the window at this facility. Apart from the doctors, there is no other personnel reflecting professionalism, courtesy, or competence.
