Last visit, they were supposed to do the anal gland expression, and they forgot. As I was about to leave, the nurse tells me that they forgot to do it, and they would do it now (before I left their office). I agreed, and they did it. Next, they charged me again for the anal expression, and then told me that next time it's included as part of the charge for the visit. This contradicts what they just did, in that they charged me for the visit and medication that they pushed to sell, and then they charged me for the anal gland expression they forgot to do during the visit. Then, my dog has been on heartguard and nexguard since he was adopted in December 2023. The order is set to autofill every six months. Today, they call me to tell me they can't fill my dog's heartguard because they want to charge me before refilling his medication. Disgraceful level of service. The staff appears to be nice, but they are being pushed by their owners, Dr. Medera and Mrs Rivera to focus on generating revenue over providing an acceptable level of care. There is a line between generating revenue and focusing on providing care, but when you push sales of things that are not needed, overcharge for services that were already paid for, and withhold medication when my dog has been under their care for so long, it is unacceptable and down right despicable. I will find a veterinarian that actually cares about their patients.

I choose Dr Gonzales Valle to provide our medical care. My most recent experience at the office is an example why we choose Dr Gonzales and Orlando Family Physicians. I was very sick with a cough for 6 weeks. I saw my Dr twice and was still sick.Dr Gonzales sent me to Pulmonary for a visit . The NP I saw had the very same impression my Dr did. I called my insurance provider Cigna and they call the Dr. office to let them know my only responsibility is $15. I ask for paperwork and at the front desk, Margarita said that she's so busy and they will (snail mail) me all my paperwork? After that, they say that they sent my prescription order and lab work, but they didn't send my prescription to my local CVS St. Cloud and when I went to Quest Diagnostics St. Cloud for my blood work on 8/19, they didn't send my lab works either. I was in pain from 8/10-8/19 as they prevent me to get my Albuterol and I was wheezing every night and can't sleep. The promised snail mail never came in, so I called the office on 8/19 and spoke to Mary Medina the office manager, and was very rude and unprofessional to me and her excuse was the mail got lost? everything is electronic now and they can send me an email about my appointment, but they have to snail mail me my paperwork? it doesn't make sense to me? After the call on 8/19, I called my credit card company to pull the payment because they didn't finish the service that I paid for as Mary Media doesn't want to listen to me and just being rude and unprofessional towards me. She keeps saying I'm not going to argue with you, so I say to her that I'm not arguing I'm communicating and she's the one that won't listen and then Mary hangs up on me. Now they send me to their billing department and they threatened that if I don't pay them that they will send me to the collection agency and Mary Medina would not even return all my calls and all their staffs are being rude on the phone every time I call and ask to speak to her.
