The tea I had was good, it was actually a straight black tea and not some odd floral tea mix. I was glad to taste that. The breakfast items they offer are good but I've never understood why they sell all their items separately, they don't offer combos. The donuts are very good, I love their original glazed donuts the best. The reason I'm rating it 3 stars is because this specific location seems to always be out of something. I've gone on 3 different occasions and on all of them they did not have what I originally wanted. Two of those times I ended up cancelling my order and going to Starbucks. The customer service has also been lacking, it always seemed like the employee was having a bad day or simply didn't care about their job or the customer. If those little short comings were addressed and fixed at this specific location then my 3 star review would go to 5 stars because when it comes to coffee and donuts you cannot go wrong with Dunkin!
