I reached out to Reef Point Studios and shared a design I created and asked if they could do a DTF print for me on a few shirts in time for the Thanksgiving dinner. My experience with IDC ended with a positive outcome…read more It started rocky as the instructions I gave to J.J. as to where to place the patch were not followed. This resulted in the shirt being stained with the adhesive from the patch after it was removed. Yesenia then took over and she helped to bring the project home. She did not charge me for the digitization of the new patch I created to cover over the stain on the shirt. The new patch produced by her was high quality, vibrant and was applied in the correct spot. Ultimately I was happy with the outcome and feel that I would trust them with another project in the future. During my visits to IDC, I have seen happy and energetic customers eagerly creating or picking out patches that they want for their projects. I wish them continued success.

Ryan is always professional and knowledgeable about what is needed. There are few businesses that take care and time to craft-- which I know sounds silly just for printed tees and hoodies but I cannot tell you how many times I've had stuff printed by other companies where the logo is off centered, the colors might be wrong or they print without verifying or the size doesn't fit and they don't care. That's not the case with Mixer Ink! Ryan takes his time to be sure the product looks good, portions are right and there is clear communication. I would recommend them for orders big and small!
