I HATE U-VERSE. I'm going to have to go shopping now and drop ATT service because they are f'd up man, I mean it. I have to pay them $550 for 2 months time. AT&T keeps charging me for wifi service and non-return of equipment that was sent back MONTHS ago…read more They have sent my account to collections for something they should have received already received. I have called their support line and been assured by whatever agent I spoke to that the issue was corrected before I started getting daily calls from a collection agency where I have been charged for wifi service I had no way of even using as I had no AT&T wifi modem to use this service with as the replacement never arrived to me, just like the faulty wifi modem somehow got lost on its way back to AT&T. What an absolutely horrible company with godawful, lying customer service agents.
