I'm glad cat cafe's are continuing to grow more in the U.S. It's a great way to interact with cats and also find them homes. Positives: - The concept of a cat cafe, itself - Place is clean and cute - They limit the amount of people entering (to not overwhelm the cats and for space) - Cats have a lot of toys and many places to sleep - There is a worker inside to monitor the cats Negatives: - Maybe I spoiled myself way too much in Korea, but this place significantly lacks the "cafe" aspect- don't expect latte's, espresso, or pastries. - noticed multiple cats sneezing and coughing, which most likely continues to spread **if you own cats at home, please wash up and change before approaching your own (Vet Tech for 9 years-- seen it all) Overall, it's a great place for the cats to be social and also finding homes. Recommend checking it out!

We came in because we her this lounge has a cat available for adoption in which I thought was a great idea. As soon as you walk in it is a tiny room with one bench for seating and you have to wait in that room until you are able to go into the cat lounge I will state it is a bit pricey it is eight dollars for 30 minutes per person. This does not get you anything besides entry into the lounge. Everything else is separate. The staff was very nice. I would recommend making an appointment. If they are busy they cannot get you in and sometimes you have to wait a couple hours and come back. So I highly suggest calling and making a reservation. Everything was very clean in this lounge, and the cats had tons of toys and bedding! They really look spoiled

Loved Cat Zen! Such a cute aesthetic. It is a casual and fun place to go with family/friends or to go on your own. They have it decorated very nicely. They have a lot of areas for taking pictures.

HANDS DOWN highly recommend this hip spot! So therapeutic to come have a drink and hang with cats. Yes I said cats and kittens! They are social and cuddly. They can have up to 15 cats up for adoption in here to check out if interested in a new pet at home. You can order a drink or play a board game while being surrounded by cuties. You can ever bring maybe your elderly or special needs family/friends, this be perfect for them. Two thumbs up!!!

This place was so cute and fun. Loved all 18 kitties. Grab a cappuccino from the lobby and then head to the kitty area for snuggle time.

Thank you Five Acres for taking such good care of her. The cats here are very well taken care of, happy and healthy. You can tell the employees here truly do care and love for the animals like they're their own. We came in "just to look" and walked away with our baby within 45 minutes. The adoption process is very smooth, and I love how you're able to interact with all of the cats to meet them before making your decision. Such a wonderful place.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and overall health of the animals. The cat house is amazing, and I loved how many cats were able to free roam around the offices and large room. So, I decided to start volunteering. In the couple of weeks I've been volunteering, I've been impressed with the staff. They work so hard and are so helpful to anyone who comes in. They genuinely care about the work they do and every single fur ball they meet. The place is so clean without having that whole medicinal and cold vibe you see in some shelters. The cats are generally happy and have all sorts of enrichment opportunities at their disposal. Five Acres also does a ton of services for the community. There's an entire area and staff dedicated solely to helping pet owners in need. That's awesome for anyone struggling to get back on their feet.

I watched excitement as they found this location, and I had the pleasure of seeing the progress over the past couple of months. Finally, the grand opening was here! First off, this store is all things bunnies and bright pink! They have everything you can think of to ensure your bunny has an amazing enclosure full of toys, beds, towers, chews, and mats. They also have great food and treats, not the totally inadequate food you see in big name stores. Bunnies have a very specific diet, and feeding them things that aren't nutritious to them can be harmful and even fatal. The store also has human things, such as mugs, t-shirts, and bunny-themed gifts. Everyone who was working the day I came in were super helpful and polite. Best of all, they are genuine: they aren't looking to pressure you in to things you do not need. I could literally just hang out here and have a good time. The environment is inviting, bright, and cheerful. You can also meet bunnies, and who doesn't like that?! They often have adaptable bunnies "helping" in the store, and these bunnies are fully vetted and eager to find their forever home. All proceeds go straight back into the rescue, which is fantastic since so many bunnies are dumped around here and cannot survive without Dolly's and the epic volunteers and foster homes. Check this store out, even if you don't have a bunny companion. Who knows? You may meet your new best friend.

I regularly donate clean old towels and blankets to the APA. Their staff are all competent and friendly and they all love animals! I've always been impressed with their veterinarians. I know that we adopted other pets over the years from the APA, and my family of origin did, too, when I was a kid. I'm so happy to have a wonderful organization close by to help families find wonderful pets like Oliver to add love and joy to each family!

That said, our interaction with Lance was surprisingly rude and dismissive. When we told him we'd been calling her "Mama," he rolled his eyes and said, "We have so many Mamas," like it was an inconvenience. When my friend offered to foster, he brushed her off, saying the dog would "probably get adopted quickly anyway" and that she could "maybe go on the website." He also made the whole intake process uncomfortable. I was sitting with the dog in my lap when he sat at a desk far away, asked for my ID (which my friend had to bring to him), and then slapped it back on the counter without a word. The entire time he was typing things in, he didn't explain what he was doing, what the next steps were, or even why he needed my info. I'm thankful they took the dog in, but the lack of kindness or communication really soured the experience. It shouldn't feel like a burden to bring in an animal who needs help.
