We found exactly what we wanted at a price that was easily less than half of what we would pay at one of the big pet stores. Their hours are limited, but totally worth working around. I just went to the NEW location to buy a cat tree for my new kitten. I made room for the back of my car to pick up the tree. Because the last time I went, they only sold trees already made. When I went in yesterday, they have ALL the trees displayed and you pick which one you would like. Then they put a BRAND NEW box in your car. So convenient and nice of them. I wasn't a fan with their cats sleeping on all of them, but now knowing they have giving you a NEW one which their cats scent, is VERY nice and special for our own cat. The place is out of the way for us and there wasn't a working telephone number listed so my boyfriend and I just made the trip regardless and hoped that it's open. I loved the fact that all the cat trees were built and displayed in the store so you get a feel of the size of the trees. The pricing is great compared to other retailers. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They also had some friendly house cats that lived on the premises. The cats were just lounging around on the display trees. With a wide variation and very reasonably priced cat trees, the cat tree factory is like cat heaven on earth. The wife and I recently came here and purchased a nice sized cat tree for our baby girl Sky. Our cat tree is massive, was easy to install and actually looks nice with our living room furniture. We have had our new cat tree for about a month now and our cat just absolutely loves and adores it. She loves her new tree more than she loves us. My cat is completely spoiled and hard to please but this tree makes her happy which in turn makes me happy. Anyways the store is pretty nice, they have tons of cat trees. Different colors, sizes, shapes and styles. The prices are unbeatable compared to petco or petsmart. They even had real cats living there and they loved all of the cat trees that were on display at the store. When we move into a bigger house, I will be coming here to get an additional cat tree and will highly recommend shopping here for cat mansions. read more

Anyone in SoCal with a cat needs to know about this place. My kitten was climbing tapestries and clawing our furniture so I knew it was time to get her a tall cat tree, but the ones they sell at PetSmart are so pricey. The prices they have here are much better, and the cat trees are great! I got a four tier cat tree with a house, toy attachments, and a bed on top. My kitten loved it so much, she was purring happily while she explored all the levels! And yes you do have to assemble them yourself, but it was very simple, I had mine together in half an hour. Great service at the store too, I was in and out very quickly and they helped load the box into my car. As someone else mentioned, bring cash for a better deal! I saw an ad on Craigs List advertising a big sale on cat trees. I've been meaning to buy my cat Emma one for a few months now, but haven't had the money. Most cat trees I was finding online were well over $100. I like supporting small businesses and decided to check this place out. I was greeted with a warm welcome by a woman (I believe the owner) and her 3 gorgeous cats. Black cat was hanging out in a tree by the door, he looked happy and comfortable. I picked out the tree I liked best, it was $90, no tax (Petsmart sells the same one for $175, Amazon has it for $110, both don't include tax). Someone helped take it apart a little bit to fit it into my Jetta. It was very easy to re-assemble it when I got home, I didn't even need instructions. I highly recommend this place, they have a huge variety and your cat(s) will love it! read more

We've had our Beverly Hills cat tree for many years and our cats live on that thing. We went to the showroom when we bought it and rescue cats followed us around. My best friend had to have one and his cats have loved it for years. We bought one online for a friends home as she's a rescue and her cats love it. What amazes me is that these are so simple to put together and they're sturdy and strong. Extremely well made yet they cost a fraction of what pet stores sell lesser cat trees for. I've always been shocked at this. I can't imagine anyone paying premium prices ever again when you can get a premium cat tree for a very reasonable cost here. read more

Great place for your cat tree needs! I found this place on Yelp, and after viewing their website, they definitely had some deals to be purchased. Compared to any other retail pet shop, they are easily half price vs a comparable tree. The showroom has many models of trees on display, the particular one I wanted wasn't in stock at the time, but they offered to ship it to me for free. Being so close to work, I just picked up a few days later and it assembled very easily. Even comes with the tools so you don't need to purchase any. Great place, great experience! read more

The Cat tree arrived very quickly. All parts were there along with very detailed well explained instructions. It was very easy to put together. We have four cats. Two are mature and two are kittens. Bought a 3-level cat tree last year for my cat and she loves it. Just bought another one and cannot wait to receive it. Great quality, very fairly priced, quick shipping time. 2017 Update - I just have to add to this review, because years after I bought the cat trees they are still in decent condition. And mind you, that is with what started out as 1 cat, then 2, then 3! When the scratching post wore out, I just bought some rope from Amazon and re-wrapped it with some hot glue. They were stable for a long time, but my big siamese has made the top level pretty wobbly from jumping up...but that is to be expected after years of use! I am getting ready to replace one of the trees, and will definitely be visiting the Cat Tree Factory for the new one. read more

It was worth the drive from mid-city Los Angeles to go see such a wide selection of assembled cat trees in-person. It gave us a great idea of the size/shape of the structure and to see how well our larger cat would actually fit within it. // Our cat hasn't been pleased with previous structure toys, which all turned out to be too small for her. Construction overall is a little different from what I would call "standard" cat trees. Most I have seen in pets stores come from Mexico and have a specific certain build quality and material set. The Cat Tree Factory trees seem to come from China and use slightly different materials. I'm not suggesting one type is better than the other - only that its different than what I have been previously accustomed to. Staff was helpful in the purchase as well as the loading of the box into our car. Assembly was straightforward. The end result has been a happy cat, and that's what counts. read more

We recently found the Cat Tree Factory in Ontario, CA, and were pleasantly surprised at the variety of kitty mansions and kitty condos available. We were free to browse the show showroom with no pressure. We were in the company of 2 gorgeous cats that were enjoying the many condos in the showroom. We chose the Beverly Hills Kitty Mansion for our 3 kittens and they absolutely love it. It is quality made, sturdy enough for them to run, jump and play on it.. These condos are very affordable and well designed with the cat in mind. They have perches, little mini houses on many levels and ours has an abundance of scratching poles built into the design. Their prices are AMAZING and so is the quality of their cat trees. We went in fora dog crate and got the XL crate for $60!! Where else can you find them for that price? So glad I came across this place. Me and my husband are on a tight budget and really wanted to get our fur-babies something other than their pitiful scratching post. They love my friends cat tree and I couldn't justify spending $150 for something that just had a couple of platforms on it. My husband could build that! These cat tree's aren't covered by tacky carpet that the cats claws just tear up and pull off of the post. They have this soft fur that looks nice and classy. We were able to get a nice tall post that has toys and a house for what a short post with just a couple of platforms would cost at a pet-store. It's worth a trip even if you're a bit out of the are because seeing them in person really gave us a great feel for what we wanted and we left with a different post than the one we originally looked at. It was fairly easy to put together and the guy even helped us take the box and load it up in our car. The boxes are large but it fit in the backseat of my two door coupe. My wife and I went there to see cat trees for our lil Sal. We got there early and The guy actually let us in a half hour early. There were over 50 cat houses assembled and they had several beautiful cats demonstrating them. I love this place! We bought our cathouse and Sal loves it even though hes a little small for it he goes all the way to the top and perches up there. You cant go there and not have a good time! We went to this place right after the southern california pet Expo (which didnt have alot of cat stuff) and bought a cat tower for my cat. This place has the neatest cat trees, and they are cheaper than petsmart and petco. The owners husband gave us a discount too because we paid cash. I recommend anyone who has a cat or cats to check this place out. We spoil our cat silly but we know she will love it.
