These folks in here are top notch!! My neighbor and I brought his GT Aggressor bike in with a…read moreseized bottom bracket. Now, of course Bike Doctor sells and services waayyy better bikes than a GT Aggressor, but we were not treated any differently than a customer bringing in a $5000 bike for service. We were quoted a 4 week turn around for service and if we wanted to just purchase the parts and make the repairs on our own, the parts would take about a week to arrive. So we agreed to purchase the parts and necessary tools. The guy rolled the bike to the back to get the part number so we could order them. Fast forward about 10 minutes, the mechanic comes out of the repair area with the bottom bracket in his hand, and he explains to us that there is nothing wrong with it, and if he puts it all back together and tightens it up we would be fine!! He told me to take a picture of the part number incase we have any issues in the future, and he would start putting it back together. Whoaaaa! So much for that 4 week wait time!!! About 35 minutes and $20 later my neighbor is walking out of the store with his repaired bike and a HUGE smile. I will definitely be patronizing this bike shop for all of my cycling needs, and I will be encouraging others to do the same. Thank you very much Bike Doctor!!! ‍‍‍

The rep fitted our kids with their helmets which cost 75 each. I don't know anything about bikes or helmets or fit, so I bought what she said was right. We started using them. About three weeks later, someone points out that my son's helmet is too small, doesn't cover his forehead. I decided to trust Croft on bike doc people since they must know what they are doing. A few days later someone else says the same thing. So I call them...wondering if they can reevaluate. This is an expensive helmet, and my kids safety is paramount. Welp, they said I was a few days outside of their 30 day return/exchange window. Wouldn't budge. Looks like we'll be shopping for a helmet and our bikes elsewhere. Anyway, place doesn't correct mistakes, and too inflexible on such a small thing to keep a return customer happy and safe without charging them more money.

The same shopping center as Nordstrom Rack, Bob's Furniture, and the newest Ross for Less store (second in Columbia). This is likely my second or third time ever shopping at J. Crew. They sell clothing for women, men, and children. They also sell women's shoes, jewelry, sunglasses, and hair accessories. I didn't peruse the children and men's section so not sure what accessories they offer. IMO, a bit on the pricier side if items are not on clearance. There is a small selection of clearance item in the back of the store. Normally I only shop in petites given that I am only 5' tall so was pleasantly surprised that I found a sweater where the sleeves were the perfect length for me. The sweater is so cute with a big red heart and horizontal stripes. It was originally $89.50, but I purchased it for only $3.49 after 70% clearance was applied to the sale price with an additional $10 off after signing up for their rewards program called JC Passport. What a great way to start the weekend. I LOVE a good deal! The store was clean and organized and the associate who checked me out was super friendly. I can see this store being in my rotation when I go clothes shopping. However, I will likely only go during holidays when clothing retailers generally have the best sales. Love the fact that they are located in a central location in Fell's Point and parking is not usually an issue for me. Aside from that I have a few of their different bags and am looking into getting the new beanies they have in shop. They look pretty comfortable and will hopefully protect me from this "bomb cyclone" situation we have going on right now. If you want to see some of their custom series they've had artists in the city design pop into the store because they are super impressive. I'm revising my review down to two stars. Everything else above is still true but my overall experience went down the toilet. 1. I bought two bags and gave one to someone as a gift. Two transactions. 2. Didn't receive receipt via email for the gifted bag. Tried to exchange the gifted bag. Denied because I didn't have a receipt. 3. So....I send a photo of the bag, a photocopy of the credit card statement showing both purchases via email, instagram, facebook. 4. A few emails are exchanged with the merchandise manager "Micah" who says "I'll personally see that the situation is rectified." See photo. 5. 2 months later, 10 calls to a full voicemail and 10 emails later no response. Its very unfortunate that this great product has unresponsive and borderline incompetent customer service.

WORTH IT!…read more So I've lived with autoimmune disorder pain since 2014 and have also had heel pain in both feet since I was 7 (learned about the bone spurs only after a fall in my 40s which led to foot xrays which validated the pain I've walked on for decades is indeed real and valid because it was causing me daily suffering) The Orthopedic Sports Doctor who looked at my Xrays and immediately said you've got huge hone spurs and your autoimmune flare is sharpening that pain, of course you're in terrible pain after a middle aged tumble that knocked both my shoes off. Anyway they recommended visiting the Good Feet Store in Columbia where I met a new lifelong friend named Kenny. Kenny listened to me and offered empathy and unlimited good humor while we performed my evaluation. Thank yoy Kenny, you offered me compassion when I was in great pain, kindness is a rarity and you offered it to me. Thank you sir, you are awesome! It took about two hours total but I walked out of that store in far less pain than I'd walked in with. Imagine walking on bone spurs for decades thinking the pain was normal, especially since my parents dismissed it as "growing pains" while I was growing up, so I got really good at enduring pain. Then my adult body developed autoimmune disorder (Body Keeps the Score) and more pain followed. Until I got the arch supports my poor feet needed. I, a grown ass man, wept tears of joy walking around with my feet and body finally in better alignment. All my pains eased to dull ache from a lifetime of hobbling myself to endure another day of pain (my idea of "paying the iron price" for life). All that pain, eased by arch supports... After a decade spent with doctors treating and medicating other parts of my body. To ease my chest pain I needed to care for my feet, isn't that silly? Holistic healing? That's life, cruelly simple and yet we cage ourselves with our perception of "how much pain is normal to survive" from childhood. So anyway, now I'm walking around in little to no pain and am in great spirits regardless of having to relearn how to walk (correctly aligned this time) I hope arch supports become a human right some day. Our foot pain dictates so much, I'm embarrassed it took me so long to find this relief. And I had to wipe out my HSA and max a credit card to afford it. Totally worth it, as the children would say "all gas no cap". If nothing else, go for the consultation and use the foot massager they have, it oscillates instead of vibrates, and relieved pain I didn't even know I was feeling. Cost more than my first car but the Good Feet store purchase was one of the best purchases I've ever made for myself. And Kenny and his team in Columbia were all wonderful folks (not robot salesman). I came in with my feet in so much pain, especially my right foot. This store did a scan on my feet and I could see where the difference was from one foot to the other causing the misalignment. My salesperson, Tony, was amazing with helping me. He walked me through how their product would help shape my feet with the arches they originally had by strengthening my muscles in those areas. I walked out the store wearing everything and I physically felt less pain than when I went in. I'm grateful for that and even more so the process of getting my feet back into alignment with the rest of my body.
