We paid someone to replace the floor in 2022, but after a year, the LVP started peeling. They wouldn't stand by their work and instead offered to charge us for something they should've fixed at the time. Matthew from ACE Plumbing looked at the floor, identified the problem, and pointed out other (now obvious) issues leading that were leading to the feeling that the home was kinda falling apart. We initially asked for just the floor to be fixed, and other contractors only quoted us for the band aid solutions we thought we needed. However, Matt dug deeper and discovered rot in the siding, a leaking roof, and deteriorating walls, among other challenges. We chose Matt and ACE Plumbing over four other contractors because he was communicative, always available to answer questions, and proactive in giving advice that would save us trouble in the long run. Since we don't live in the home, Matt and his crew kept us up to date with photos and phone calls. As issues came up, he informed us of the process needed to resolve them. Throughout the entire process, we felt we were in the hands of professionals. Matt was able to describe the problems with our beautiful but old house, outline our options for a fix, and provide a timeline that worked for us. Another benefit was that Matt didn't just contract out the work we paid him good money for. He was on-site, getting dirty with his crew and taking videos to answer our questions. These plumbers pulled our toilet to clear the clog, then put a camera in the system and found that we have a collapsed pipe. Heidler put a camera in but said it was too dark to see. The current plumber said it was too dark because the clog had not been removed. He also said that we are their second client this week where they were called because Heidler failed to correct the issue. When we called Heidler and told them that the toilet was backing up again, we were told that their work is not guarenteed. After seeing this review Heilder contacted us and refunded our payment.

I agreed because I need it. then after opening the sewage, he said parts are not included. I said ok, I will pay for the parts based on the sale bill. He did the work in half hour, the labor was $942. He did not give the actual bill to pay for the part which costs $340, instead he gave me his own bill without warranty for $893. I rejected to pay for the part and said give me the bill. I went and bought the part at Lowes for $320 and gave it to him and paid for the 1/2 labor $942-75 senior's discount. In the 2nd part, my kitchen pipe orator was broke, the part is $2 but the labor is $450. I said why it is so expensive, he said you can do it by yourself. I bought the part and replaced it in under 2 minutes. Most of these plumbing jobs are very easy but their charges are extremely high even for normal plumbing jobs that require no knowledge of anything. They always ask you sign on a blank form and fill the numbers later, but do not do that, sign only after they put all the numbers. Once I refused to pay their own charge for the part which is 3 times higher, they asked me to buy the part and give to them that I did that. Hope this review will help both the provider as well as customer. RR may be good for a quick service but be careful what you sign on a blank paper without numbers.
