My grandma is a…read moreheart patient and had issues with walking, so we had decided to put in a stand up shower and redo the entire bathroom. The work was done fine, but it was after the payment was made. The shower was leaking and I pointed it out to Edgar who said that it's a defective shower, so I had ordered another one and waited. Not only the shower was leaking, there was no hot water. He had mentioned that he will have to break the wall, this and that. After almost two weeks of going back and forth and my grandma not having a working shower, I ended up calling up my plumber who fixed the issue. The issue was with workmanship and where the installation wasn't done correctly. After paying the plumber $300, I finally get a message back from Edgar saying that he is sending someone and since this isn't a workmanship issue, I have to pay him $300. So pretty much, the job done was fine, but the mess I had to deal with after paying him was not End of the day, my grandma suffered and I had to spend additional $300 to fix a workmanship issue caused by Edgar and his team.

The team did a great job on the work and even touched up the paint in some areas and hung a new light that I ordered. When I had a question about a gap between the waterfall and the wall, they immediately addressed it and the work is seamless - you can't even tell it's a false wall! The team also did a great job cleaning up after themselves each day when they left - they didn't leave so much as a speck of dust behind. I am in love with my new kitchen.

The initial consultation was straightforward and he brought samples which were helpful. He did a great job listening and quoting for the work I asked for. He worked with my budget and overall was easy to work with. I had some challenges with his team's arrival times not being consistent, and the timeline seemed to take longer than originally expected, but these things happen during renovations and in the end wasn't a huge deal. The entire project took about a week. The final fit and finish were well done, the grout work and glass install were clean and impeccably installed. I was extremely disappointed with Alex and Trimelogic. My small cottage remodel began in the end of…read moreAugust 2025 and was due to be finished in 4 to 6 weeks. By the end of March 2026, it had not been completed, and I fired Alex and his crew and got another group to finish the work. Much of what was done on my screened-in porch had to be removed or corrected. None of the supporting post were plumb, overhead supports were not level, and the sanded plywood that was installed as a ceiling for my carport was attached with trim nails. Needless to say, the ceiling did not stay in place. As for the inside of my cottage, architectural plans were not followed and rooms were not built to the specified size. I have wall switches that do not activate anything. The plumbing of the sink underneath the kitchen and bath have such long hoses so that the space is hardly usable for storage. The LVP flooring has cracked and needs to be repaired in two rooms. The overall lack of communication and sometimes showing up to work caused tremendous hardship on me. Because the project was not finished by the projected date, I had to live with my daughter for six months, and reschedule delivery of appliances. I found Alex to be overtly pleasant, but he did not listen to my concerns, built things the way he wanted to do them in spite of the architectural drawings, and provided many many excuses for why he did not show up on time. For example, he didn't work on one particular day and when I texted him to ask, why, he said they weren't coming because he didn't like the look of the sky. Although there were clouds, it never rained at the job site. Another issue of concern is that Alex did not get a to do the . As a contractor, I was under the impression he took care of all of the for the remodel and addition of the porch. My new crew had just begun working when a code enforcer drove up and said that all Work had to stop. The office had received an anonymous phone call saying that I was doing construction without proper permits. My new contractor took care of this problem that very day. I find it extremely odd that anyone could see what was going on at my house since I am surrounded by trees, and there's no way to see my house as cars drive-by. How would anybody know that a permit had not been granted when I didn't even know that?
