Knowing we were going to just need a place to rest for a few hours, I emailed this place about 4…read moredays ahead to see if they would have staff available in the wee hours and if possibly we could get a reduced rate as we planned a very late check in of 2-3am and still would be checking out by 11. They never responded and so I called the day before. I was told of course no discount (fine, whatever the room was a little over $110) and that I could ring for service and someone would come out to check us in. The driveway is easy to miss at night, so we had to circle around and there isn't direct parking in front of your room for all cars. The very small room had two queens but they were firm and we were glad of just a brief nap vs staying there longer; a little table and 2 chairs off the beds in a "hallway" that lead to the bathroom. The bathroom door was right up against the toilet pretty much, yet they had a bath tub? Idk who uses a bath tub in a place like this but it would've saved space to just have a stall. The AC was loud. They did have a larger than normal mini fridge, but we didn't use it. As the morning progressed, you really hear the traffic...we thought this would be quieter than off the highway but Milton is a MAIN Street. This place had less accommodation/space than a Motel 6 and they cover their bedding with a white sheet sandwiching the thin comforter so it was awkward to determine what was what and no other covering if you're chilled. In short, fine for an overnight stay or if you're truly not picky about comfort.

So many things, unfortunately…read more *The washer and dryer were sure to be a fire hazard with all the lint we pulled out. *We spilled some water on the floor and wiped it up with a paper towel -- it was black! *The dishes were chipped; and check out the oven mitts. *Pillows, blankets, sheets were just tossed into closets -- they looked and smelled dirty. Plus there weren't dressers, so we couldn't even rely on the closets to store clothes. *There were crumbs in all the kitchen drawers. *There was pet hair everywhere -- including on the counters and on appliances. *The bathroom rugs looked like they hadn't been washed for years. Again, so unfortunate! Cute place in a great location. We did contact Amy -- she said they had hired a new cleaning service and she would let them know. But by the looks of things, it's been a while since this place had a thorough cleaning.

Flawless. This is the one!…read more After a long search of the Northern AZ VRBOs for a 4 night stay for 9, we found ClassyCabinsAZ and booked Bearly-A-Cabin for Thanksgiving! The Cabin: Oftentimes something looks better on the Internet than reality, however this was not the case with Bearly-A-Cabin. We drove in from Monument Valley on Wednesday evening and were absolutely floored. You think it looks fantastic in the pictures? It's better! The cabin was absolutely spotless floor to ceiling, and is literally a *complete* home. How complete? We prepared Thanksgiving dinner for 9 here. What did we need to bring to prepare it? Just the food. Everything else was here - baking pans, settings, dishes for numerous sides, cutlery, and every other item needed. Giant dining room table, solid wood and awesome. It isn't like a hotel room or suite - it's a fully operational HOME with literally everything you have in your own and more. Just show up with groceries and you're set for anything. The cabin layout is amazing - very large great room with a sofa at least 2x large as your own, fully stocked kitchen as mentioned above, tons of sleeping options with the 2 king bedrooms ( beds are awesome ) and the 2 bunk rooms + the loft, game room with pool table, decks on both sides of the house and an ACRE of land for hanging out and playing with your kids. The property lines are well marked with rows of large rocks so you know where "your" land is! Being outside on the property was serene - clean air, quiet, relaxing! The Area: This is your home base. We did Grand Canyon, Williams for the Polar Express, Sunset Crater, Meteor Crater, and Sedona. Nothing is further than 60 miles. Very ideal location if you want to hit the National Parks and Monuments. We left during the first snow on Sunday morning, I bet the place is even more fun with some snow cover! They have sleds and snow toys in a deck box in the front. We joked that even if we just stayed at the cabin and went nowhere it would have been awesome. You just want to be in it, it is so well done and decorated. If you group is large, don't fret - the cabin is plenty large! From initial contact through the end of our stay the process was smooth and painless. Excellent communication from our hosts Amy and Steve throughout! Very quick replies to my many questions prior to booking, as well as after all monies were transferred. The excellent service did not stop with payment in full. So glad we found and booked this - we will be back.

We cooked allot in the condo and everything was perfect for what we needed. We had a one bedroom condo with a sleeper for our 16yr old daughter. Sharing bathroom was a challenge and next time I will get a two bedroom Where we stayed was perfect distance to everything and we did alllottt of sightseeing since it was our first time here on the western side of US. I would recommend that the adjoining door the opens to out condo if needed needs some kind of noise barrier. We could hear kids playing right on other side, plus people talking very clearly. Plus make it easier to get or rent tennis or pickleball. Food restaurants are very close as well! Wyndham Thank you so much for making this a wonderful trip for our family!!!! We will be back

Club Wyndham/Worldmark can only be accessed via timeshares which are generally scams. These are so…read morebad that if you want to get out of a timeshare, you usually need to hire a lawyer to get out of it because of how badly they lock you in. Thus, don't sign up for a timeshare unless you know you really really want it as they can be useful if you're looking for something specific (ex: doing a yearly trip at the same timeframe) This business in particular tricks you by not telling you about the exorbitant maintenance fees you have to pay every single year. You get credits every single year and those credits don't carry over. However, what you get is a really high quality resort here. It has so many amenities that you could literally spend a whole day using the resort facilities instead of going out in town. They have a big clubhouse and a small clubhouse. Their public amenities include outdoor swimming pools, outdoor jacuzzi, half basketball court, golf range, golf course, library, business center, restaurant, tennis court, pickleball, small fitness area, billards, a cafe/dessert bar. The swimming pools are closed during the winter which makes me wonder why they weren't indoor pools so that they can be open year round. They've got plenty of tea, coffee, and cider in the main office building too. There's just so much to do here. What's amazing about this place is that each place is its own separate home. This pretty much ensures you'll get peace and quiet during your sleep since you don't share a wall with any other neighbors. The place is decked out to be like an extended stay: there's multiple TV's, a washer and dryer, multiple tables and couches, a full set of kitchenware from blenders, coffee makers, cooking pots, oven, microwave, and more. What's amazing to me was their outdoor hot tub which is fantastic. You get your own personal parking space in front of the cabin as well. The whole area is clean and well kept. Overall, it's a pretty amazing resort. It's a darn shame that it's locked behind scummy timeshare practices. It'd be way better if you could just book these like a normal hotel stay.

If you're a light sleeper, the passing trains may bother you. It sounds like it is about every half hour or so, including overnight. I was fine, but partner was woken a few times. The place is clean. The water pressure and temp in the shower is also great. The TV in our room had white vertical lines on a few channels, but nothing that stopped us from watching our shows. Microwave and fridge worked good. Oh, but if you stay here, I would advise bringing your own TP. The rolls provided in the room feel like one ply tree bark--very thin and rough! Sidenote: the bed is kinda high. I am only 5' tall and the top of the bed was more than half my height. It was a real climb for me getting up and down. Taller folks may appreciate it. For the two of us, we only got 2 really thin pillows, so that may be another thing you may wanna tote along. Stacking the pillows worked fine, but then the second person was left without. Good thing I had a blanket in the truck and could roll that up. Something that they could improve on is their billing. We made reservations through Hotels.com. It said the credit card we used would be put on file to hold the room but we would not be charged until we got there. That was a lie, which they need to clear up the description on Hotels website. Our credit card was charged 2 days before arrival. Even if we wanted to change the card we were using (which we thought we had that option), there was no way to do it. It was a done deal before we even drove up.
