She gave us recommendations on everything from venues and caterers, to DJs and florists, to attire, songs and venue layout/design. Sami attended our details appointment with our venue to familiarize herself with our ceremony and reception locations prior to the big day, helped us establish a day of timeline, and maintained contact with our vendors. On the day of, Sami was on fire! She put out a small "tift" between my florist and cake baker, calmly handled a last minute change for our clean-up time of the ceremony location, confronted our DJ when we wanted different music played, decorated our reception ballroom beautifully, and frequently checked-in with us throughout the night to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. At the end of the night, she organized the clean-up of all our personal items and rallied up family members to help get the decor boxes into cars. Another big thing is, it is a separate business from the brewery, so don't expect servers. You have to go order at the bar and take your beer back up with you, which is fine-ish, but there went 10-15 minutes of your $25 an hour per person. The staffer was fine.
