When we decided to redo our guest bathroom and kitchen, we immediately called Trinity. Asi helped us design the bathroom and their crew (all of whom were so nice and respectful) executed it beautifully. Asi also came shopping with me to numerous stores to pick out the perfect slabs for our kitchen counters. He understood my vision of what I wanted and helped not just make it a reality, but also improved upon it where necessary. He always had great suggestions! We eventually decided to change our floors and Asi and Tamir helped us realize that we could time it while we were on vacation to minimize any inconvenience on our end. Asi oversaw everything: he helped pick out the floors and baseboard, scheduled all the work perfectly, and sent us progress photos as well! They moved the furniture from one room to another depending on what was getting new floors and moved them all back. It was a well-oiled machine. Asi took photos of everything beforehand so when the floors were installed, they were able to put all the furniture back where they originally were. We felt at ease that everything was going well while we were gone. We came home to the house just as we left it except with beautiful new floors! We enjoyed working with Trinity and would use them again in any house projects in the future. Highly recommend!

I first put in a request for a quote and met with Sean, and he has been amazing throughout this project. Sean was actually the very first contractor/project manager I ever met with and he was very honest and patient with me and my family as we continued to meet with other companies. If anything, Sean encouraged meeting with other contractors to make sure we were confident with signing with RODO. His constant communication, patience, knowledge and guidance made the choice very easy. Sean helped us make choices along the way and brought to light concerns from his years of experience, which saved us from making decisions we would regret. He was always available to discuss concerns and was quick to respond and correct anything. The subcontractors that came and worked on the house were very respectful of our space and time. We are very happy with our new kitchen and open concept living room. We are also so grateful for Sean for helping the project run so smoothly and we completed the project within our budget and timeline!

We needed some seismic work done as well as full electrical and plumbing redone, took out a wall to expand the kitchen into the living room, and rearranged the bathrooms to make them more usable and add a dedicated laundry space. They worked with us to find a plan that made better use of our space than we'd thought possible, and we really love how bright and usable everything is now. Sean and David were fantastic about communicating with us at every step and explaining how everything worked. We're glad we chose them and would happily work with them again for future projects.

At the end of the project they offered us the home prevention care program (we chose the gold package). Jeffery came the day of the completion and did energy efficient audit - replaces light bulbs, cleaned the gutters, replaced breaker for our electrical box and replaced filter to our garbage disposal. We have one more free inspection to our house in the next year and we defiantly think it's a smart investment to get monthly payments 49.99 dollars for every month. ITS Remodeling employees are in house so due to this fact Martin S. Was able to save us money and get what we wanted close to our budget. The quality and communication is excellent and we had very good experience with them. Thanks to everyone! If you have more questions please feel free to share with me.

Nate, Martin, Eli, and Effi, the team we had at ITS Remodeling and Construction for our bathroom…read moreremodel project, were the most incompetent, unorganized, unprofessional and irresponsible group of people I have ever worked with. Our project timing was overly stated as "2-3 weeks, easy," yet the remodel finished more than 2 months after the proposed completion date, cost us nearly double the proposed cost, included multiple lapses in communication and changes throughout the project workflow, and was left incomplete. There was no communication on why things were taking longer than expected, several days of absenteeism with no notice and no one coming to work on the project, and no explanation as to why this project was taking longer than what was communicated to us. The amount of rising costs on this project was insurmountable with little to no communication on project expectations. After assuring us "they doubt there is mold" mold was discovered. Considering they weren't sure how much mold there was, we agreed that we'd take the approach of first, seeing how much mold there is to remediate and then, only pay for the percentage of wood that needed to be replaced. Since we were home watching the project in its entirety, we were not only aware of what exactly was removed but we also confirmed with the day to day person actually working on our project that no joists were removed and only 20% of the walls removed. Despite that, they still had the audacity to charge us the full amount. We asked Eli and Martin to show us proof so we can pay for what was actually complete to which no proof was ever provided. Then, in the most ill-mannered way, they wanted to negotiate on a percentage they felt was fair. Negotiate? We should only pay for work that was done. The tone and approach from Martin during this conversation was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. During that meeting where we learned about the mold remediation, we specifically asked Martin if there were any other additional costs we can expect from things like plumbing (we were already paying for plumbing upgrades), lighting (we were only placing two canned lights), electrical, etc. Martin said "absolutely not." After the demolition was complete and the largest expense was paid, they then told us we needed to "replace our gas line and upgrade our circuit box to pass inspection." Worried we wouldn't pass inspection, we agreed to do the gas line repair and suggested that electrical was not needed since we were only placing two canned lights in the bathroom. Martin and Nate continued to push us on the electrical upgrade, and when we asked for clarification on whether this was truly necessary, Martin said he would ask Eli and get back to us. He never got back to us. After speaking to our gas company, we learned Martin charged us more than double for the work ITS performed. When we asked Martin for an explanation, he not only did not respond, but that was literally the last we heard from Martin and we consider this behavior not only manipulative but illegal. Communication was terrible to say the least from our project manager Nate. Though we asked multiple times, we never received a basic project schedule from Nate with timing and deliverables, and we were forced to follow up every time to ask where we were with our project schedule. On several occasions, there were consecutive days of complete silence from him even though we asked about important project updates. There were several days where there was complete no- shows to our home with no communication from Nate or the project team. That is unacceptable, rude, and dismissive of our busy schedules. Nate even stated to us, "I don't circle back on every minor detail with all clients." Under Nate's direction, there were several additional design and fixture issues that caused unnecessary delays due to poor planning and management. After an initial decision on a design that included a large storage cabinet and a wall mounted dual vanity set, we did not receive the wall mounted vanity, which Nate kept referring to as a "happy accident." He then tried to charge us for the vanity and the plumbing upgrades which we successfully disputed because these costs were already included in the contract price. Our shower/bath combo had an incorrectly measured door that took over a week to fix and an incorrect handle that was never fixed, even though Nate stated on May 17 that it was a "minor fix." After 6 project delays and unfinished work, Nate, Martin, Eli, and Effi on multiple occasions continued to be unaware of project details and what else needed to be done. Our final interaction with ITS was on June 20 and they stated they had completed the project. As of today, we have no doorknob on the bathroom door, incorrect showerhead, incorrect door handle, incorrect storage cabinet, misplaced towel rack, incorrect mirror, incorrect window shades and trash from the work remains on our property.

THE BEST CONTRACTOR I'VE EVER WORKED WITH…read more I've worked with over a dozen contractors since 2017, doing home improvement and repair projects, and Golan (owner, designer) and Meshi (project manager) were the best I've ever worked with. I just retired after 36 years as a civil engineer/construction inspector for freeway construction jobs, so I know what I'm talking about regarding relationships with contractors, and H&A have been flexible, creative, and courteous when dealing with me on the problems that arise during construction. At the start, I sat down with Golan and we mapped out my ADU design--me telling Golan what I wanted and Golan suggesting the best ways to achieve my goals--and then during the construction phase, Meshi was a great solution-oriented problem solver, each time we hit unforeseen problem, which always happens in construction. Meshi (project manager) was also great at dealing with the City Inspectors, each time they'd throw a potential delay on the project, she'd quickly negotiate a solution to keep the ball rolling with no down time. They were super friendly, never argued with me, and were ready to pivot each time I saw how the project could be improved during the construction phase. And never once, did they hit me up with a "Contract Change Order," which is usually where a contractor tries to hit up a customer for more money. They were a pleasure to work with, and I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
