Bellcy is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly sweet, professional, and upfront. From day one, she provided all the information clearly and honestly. At our very first meeting, photos were taken, and my home was listed on the market the very next morning. Communication has been excellent, messages are responded to quickly, and any issues are handled immediately. Doorbell Property Management went above and beyond by hosting multiple open houses within a week and a half, and new tenants were moved in right away. I am beyond happy to have Doorbell Property Management on my team and finally feel confident knowing my property is in great hands. Highly recommend!

I recently signed a lease with Doorbell Property Management, and I am a little disappointed with my…read moreexperience so far. During the leasing process, the company was extremely persistent -- calling, texting, and emailing multiple times a day to ensure I signed the lease and submitted all required documents quickly. However, once I moved in and began submitting maintenance requests, the communication and urgency completely disappeared. It's been difficult to get acknowledgment or consistent follow-up on issues that need attention. Messages go unanswered, and requests seem to fall through the cracks. What makes this even more concerning is that a couple of the issues I've reported are health and safety related, which I believe should be prioritized and addressed promptly. It's frustrating to see such a sharp contrast between how attentive they were before signing the lease versus how unresponsive they've become afterward. If I were a landlord, I would be skeptical about hiring a property management company that struggles to manage and maintain properties effectively or communicate with tenants in a timely manner. Tenants deserve consistent professionalism and reliability -- not just during the leasing process, but throughout their entire stay. Updates to come. Please stay tuned...

Susan Stricklen was my realtor and I cannot say enough good things about her! Susan was…read moreprofessional, friendly, knowledgeable, hard working. I was a first time home-buyer who had very little knowledge on the home-buying process. I put my contact information on the Remax site and Susan contacted me to be my realtor. Susan helped explain every step of the home-buying process to me and helped me feel confident that she had my best interests in mind. Susan knew the price range I could afford and spent a few months sending me listings via email to get an idea of what I liked. Once she knew what I liked she arranged multiple showings for me and we spent the next few months seeing them. When I finally found a property I liked, in a complex that I liked, I made an offer and unfortunately I was outbid. Susan knew that this property was my favorite property that we had seen so far; it had all the amenities that I wanted of any property that we had seen and was in my price range. Susan went above and beyond to get me a property in this complex- she made the smart strategic move to contact all the non-occupant owners to see if any of them were ready to sell and one of them was ready. I was able to get a different unit in the same complex at my price point and I was thrilled! Susan represented both the seller and me, so she coordinated everything for us from the move out of the seller's tenants, to the inspection, appraisal, and closing. She worked well with coordinating documents needed between my Loan Officer, the Escrow Officer, the Seller and myself and we had a speedy sale. I was very impressed with the customer service that Susan provided to me and will definitely use here again. If you need a realtor I would highly recommend Susan Stricklen, she will work hard for you, go above and beyond, and will coordinate your sale in a professional and efficient manner.

My husband and I have bought and sold several houses over the years but this was just a flawless experience. I can't say enough about how professional and hard working she was. Always on top of everything and looking out for our interests. What an experience. I appreciated how she always kept us informed of everything that was happening in real time. Moving is not for sissies but having her in our corner made all the difference. Many thanks and Kudos to you Susan. We hope to never move again BUT if we had to I know you would help us. You know where we live - I hope you stay in our lives! Judy and Steve Wiles

Get ready to be treated nicely and receive communication from all management at the beginning of your lease but get ready to be fully neglected the longer you stay. They only want you for your rent money. 2. All agents are terrible at communication. Siurabe, Nelson, Kevin - the entire property as a whole. Get ready to send emails/phone calls/text messages and receive no response if you're in need of any type of assistance. 3. All of their properties are poorly made (construction) meaning you will be able to hear all of the residents residing around you way more than living a comfortable life. If you love hearing the toilet flush from your neighbor, perfect for you. 4. When maintenance is being done in another residents unit- get ready to NOT be notified that they are shutting the water down and who knows for how long. They won't answer if you call the office- as I've said, they only care if you pay your rent. Overall these apartments are incredibly terrible, communication deserves a -0000.1, I would grant this a negative star if it was an option instead of "1 star". Nobody move here if you desire to have peace, a comfortable living, if you want to be happy and not stress. You will be neglected. The most unprofessional management to exist.

My experience at 524 W Greenwood Ave has been some of the most unnecessarily stressful of my 50 + years as a renter. I was a homeowner a few times during this time also I am very aware of the responsibilities of an owner and as a renter. Roberts client, and defacto mother/tenant have made it nearly impossible for Robert to have managed my tenancy properly. I want to believe, given the appropriate opportunity, I would have experienced a more favorable outcome. Robert, to my knowledge, has not been directly involved in the nefarious actions of his clients. The turning off of my heat and hot water on several occasions in the past month. The hiding of my trash cans. The theft of my mail and subsequent use of my bankcard by a family member. The constant harassment, verbal assaults, physical threats and finally lying regarding my exclusive use of a patio and then in retaliation, excluding it as a punishment. I believe Robert was acting in good faith regarding his client. However I have and continue to suffer greatly at the hands of his client. I can only close my eyes, click my heels together 3 times and repeat, "there's no place like home," and hope a house falls on top of his client. When I open my eyes I will be transported to the home of my dreams, on 3/2/2026, far, far away from this scary horrible place. I will pray for the next tenant!

Some companies manage properties. MAP Property Management (MAP) helped my family find a home…read more I first rented with MAP in 2013, and after moving away for what I thought would be a better opportunity, life took an unexpected turn. When my daughters and I needed a safe place to begin again, I reached back out to MAP, hoping they could help. They did. What they found for us wasn't just another apartment. It became our sanctuary, one that I could afford on my own as a single mom rebuilding her life. For the past 11 years, my daughters and I have been able to build a life filled with something we hadn't had in a long time: stability. My youngest daughter grew up in this home, attended the same schools from elementary through high school, and graduated alongside many of the same friends she made years before. Those everyday moments may seem ordinary, but to us, they were everything. Throughout the years, every maintenance request has been handled promptly, every phone call has been met with kindness, and I've always been treated with respect. I especially want to thank Laurie and Patty. They have been two of the kindest, most compassionate people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. While they manage the property where I live, they've become part of the reason I can proudly call this place home. Home isn't just about four walls. It's about the feeling you get when you walk through your front door at the end of a long day, knowing you're safe, you're cared for, and you're exactly where you're supposed to be. MAP gave my family so much more than an apartment. They gave us a place to begin again. For that, I will always be grateful.

As I searched for a new management team, I knew I wanted a company that offered professionalism, transparency, and modern systems. From the beginning, MAP handled the transition seamlessly and professionally. Their experience and expertise were evident in every interaction. In just six months, our property revenue increased, and we received positive feedback from tenants regarding the improved management and communication. Laurie, Sandy, and Patty truly make an exceptional team. Whenever I have questions or concerns, someone responds promptly. They also have a reliable network of contractors, electricians, handymen, and other service providers they can recommend, which has been incredibly valuable and time-saving. I appreciate knowing that the vendors they recommend are trustworthy and fairly priced. What stands out most is their commitment to supporting property owners. They are proactive, solution-oriented, and always willing to help implement changes or address concerns. Even during the sale of one of my properties, MAP worked closely with my real estate agent and helped coordinate communication with tenants throughout the process, which significantly reduced my stress. I highly recommend MAP to any property owner looking for an experienced, professional, and dependable property management company. Their knowledge, responsiveness, and integrity truly set them apart. I only wish I had found them years ago.
