We had been to Home Depot and Lowe's looking at peel and stick tile which we found would not work. He suggested mosaic tile would work and that they could do the project. He said to go pick up mosaic tile at whatever big box store we would like so we went to Floor Decor and discovered a stone pattern that we really liked. Tyler's guys came over and did a immaculate job and transformed our blasé fireplace into a piece of art. Everything went so smoothly and so well you would never know these guys were even in our house. I can't say enough positive about Tyler and 123 Remodeling. If you're looking for any type of interior design or interior home improvement project don't make the mistake of not calling Tyler at 123 Remodeling . You can rest assured if there's any other interior design going on in our house, he will be the person to do it. Furniture, decor, art, accessories, kitchen gadgets and linens are all beautifully curated. November and December are my favorite months to shop here when this store is decked out with fully decorated holiday trees, seasonal decor items and gift suggestions. The jewelry and crafts from local artists are terrific to browse through too. Unique soaps, candles and delicate string lights grab my attention and my wallet! On Nov 6th, they had their annual holiday night out. The first 100 guests were treated to a free ice cream topped churro and dirty sodas from food trucks outside the back of the store. Advertising, raffles and food samples must have worked due to how many more people I saw this year! I purchased forever candles, glittery winter evergreens and a few other goodies. It was such a fun night to eat and shop with friends on a cozy fall evening!

Valley Custom Carpenters helped me restore a very large ornately carved bookshelf. I contacted Eric…read moreand got an immediate response and a quick appointment for him to visit my home and see the bookshelf in person. The shelf needed some custom trim work done to match the wood stain and overall design. I asked for a "built in" look for the bookshelf given its large size, so it feels like a main feature in the room. From start to finish, Eric exceeded my expectations for the project. He was a pleasure to work with, very responsive to my requests, and fairly priced for the work he did. The fact that he has a design background in addition to carpentry skills set him apart from other woodworkers and "handymen" in the area. (I hate to even throw that handyman term out in relation to Eric because he is truly an artist!!!) The bookshelf repair and custom trim project took a couple of weeks total to complete as he squeezed me into his schedule between larger jobs, but the work turned out perfectly and was totally worth the wait! Eric did some of the work on site at my home (measuring and cutting), but completed other aspects at his own workshop (staining and fine details), before returning to do the final install. I'd love to hire Valley Custom Carpenters again for another project or two. The quality of the work and the excellent customer service can't be beat! Thank you Eric!
