I was immediately struck by how clean, well lit, spacious with ample seating this location is. Rosina the cashier was exceptional and she even brought my drink and food to me as I was a little out of it. Feeling completely refueled after a nosh in a/c without feeling rushed. I do enjoy the breakfast and sadly that is where I recently had such a bad experience. The service is so slow in the morning and it doesn't make any sense because there are not much customers in the AM. They seem to make online Uber orders, companies as such more of a priority, then the actual in door customer. Although it took them a minute to fix the situation, it still was a bad experience. If I didn't make a big deal about it, it would have never been fixed and that's sad, because I consider myself almost a regular paying customer. I do enjoy the breakfast as I said. I think I won't continue to frequent this place anymore. No thumbs up, but Happy Yelping!

I used to order from the 237 location and it was always a disappointment with either the taste or proportions. The customer service is excellent! I've gone to pick up orders in person and ordered via Uber Eats as well. I ordered a sauce that was out of stock and the employee went out of his way to call me to ask what I wanted as a replacement. He even threw in extra things. This was an order via Uber Eats. Normally restaurants would not go out of their way specially when the customer is not present. Compared to the cross county, 237th location among other chipotles I've tried, this specific branch fills your bowl to the rim! The food is always flavorful and plentyyy. They're apparently closed during the weekends which is the only downside. The ambiance is good. It's never crowded when I go, and the staff seems to be upbeat and efficient.
