With a co-worker we ventured one exit away north on U.S. Route 9. Our respective cheese burgers were small filled with one slice of cheddar cheese and pickles. I arrived at this establishment approximately one hour before the listed closing time, as displayed…read moreon Google. Upon entering, there was no staff present at the front register, people were sitting down eating, so I proceeded to begin placing my order using the tablet available. While I was still in the process of selecting items, a staff member came out from the kitchen and stated that the kitchen had already closed for the night, and implied that I should not continue ordering. I expressed my confusion, noting that the business was still listed as open for another hour. While I understand that operations may begin winding down shortly before closing, closing the kitchen an entire hour early without any notice is both misleading and inconvenient. Clear communication regarding operating hours is essential for customer trust and satisfaction. If the kitchen closes earlier than the posted business hours, that information should be clearly stated online and at the location to avoid situations like this.

Very convenient location for me to just run in and grab a quick taco or two and get back to where I need to be. I feel like this area did need a TB so it is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. Cheezy Gordita Crunch is prob my favorite right now to order. Doritos Locos Taco is one I am kind of just sick of at the moment, in most cases would rather get Taco Supreme in the regular hard shell. Staff is pretty nice and again, location is just convenient for me in the Bronx itself to drop in. Still new and still pretty clean for now, at least.

roadto2016#11 "cluck…read morecluck a duck" This is one of the famous "chicken spots" located in the city that is a munchie filler. i know your wondering "what is a munchie filler?' well thats basically when your in the mood for something so badly you dont care about any other food else but that one sort of food. if your have an urge no matter what type of the day come to this location. ill break down why its just more than your average chicken spot! "Thats the spot" They offer arrangement of food, such as burgers, fries, milkshakes, chicken and even halal food if your taste buds happen to be swinging that way. they do take credit cards and debit card if you dont happen to have cash. however for the type of place and the area, i would highly stress the importance of paying with cash. the food on the menu is super affordable. $10 dollars will get you very far in this place. its enough for 2 complete meals! "opening/nightime facts" This store doesnt close till 4am in the morning every single day so if your coming back from the club at 2-3am you will be able to catch this chicken spot and get yourself a good fix to put you and a few friends to sleep! during the night time i would also highly stress that coming at night can be a bit dangerous because customers can get loud and rowdy in the place if theres an argument so be careful for that.

I order at a minimum atleast once a week from this location, mainly via Uber Eats and ever so often through the drive through. I've gone inside several times just to order and go. The food is always great, the burgers are always done perfectly with no soggy buns or anything missing. The large fries are always large fries (iykyk) my favorite thing to get is the caramel frappe. The food is always packaged with care. The only thing that irritates me is that they do not include a straw with your drinks when you order via Uber Eats, they will only include it if you remember to add a straw for the amount of a penny ... but if you in person they add it in the bag or you can literally just take as many as u want. The drive through is fast and efficient even when packed which is rare for the drive through side. sometimes they don't hear you properly so you have to make sure to double check the screen to make sure they added all your items in the order. The main reason for the 3 stars is because this isn't a place I would feel safe sitting in to eat and definitely not come with my kids to sit down. There's almost always questionable "teenagers"involved in questionable things with loud music right outside the McDonald's. And more questionable people inside. Before 230 it isn't chaotic and you probably could sit down to eat but after and during that time it's crowded. Around 5:30 it gets PACKED. I prefer and will be sticking by to Uber Eats or the drive thru, my food is always prepared fast and correctly..and takes no time to get to me. TIP: I recommend you download the McDonald's app to collect rewards (free food) the points accumulate fast. You also can request pick up, delivery, table service meaning they bring your order to your table by requesting it via the app. You can switch the location depending on where you're at or the app will find a McDonald's near you.

At first this was the worse McDonald's I ever walked into. It was dirty ND THE BATHROOM had poop all over the seat and piss on the floor. I have children so it wasn't the end of the world for me but we had to walk home to use our own bathroom. The food use to come late and they use to mess up orders. There manager that has been fired was probably the reasons why the store was failing.... I went here last week alone for breakfast because I was stressed and needed that walk. They served me an amazing sausage Mc griddle with a hash brown and Hot chocolate. I never tasted any McDonald's food that taste as good as that sandwich. The manager now is very very professional and checks everyone's order before they take there food. She was training another worker and her kindness showed more when he made a mistake and she easily helped him. I didn't like the co workers loud rude conversations... Your at work this isn't Highschool. They were talking about a specific customer out loud basically calling him stupid for ordering and walking away. He's coffee got cold and the co worker made a fuss about it.... Girl you ain't pay for that man's coffee. Worry about your job before you lose it !! I will be here again today... This may be a regular place for my breakfast. Join me? Updated 1/11/15 I went back today for breakfast at 6am... It was super clean. I was the only one there so it was super fast for my food. Cashier dude once again didn't wanna be at work but he still does he's job correctly with manners. I then finished my meal and the manager answered my question about a specific price reduction and got it correct. Keep up the great work.
