The service is terrible here. I've probably eaten in hundreds of McDonald's in my life, none as consistently inconsistent as this one. For 40 years they have been making mistakes on my orders, no matter how hard I try to catch them. I will ask them if they put something in my order and while telling me yes it won't be in there! I now have to stop at the window and empty the entire order to make sure everything I requested is there. I recently went and honestly this location has went down so much. The scooter drivers outside are like a little gang. There inside by the bathroom taking space when it's busy and there not buying anything so the corner completely unusable. I watched one guy park his bike in the drive through and blocked the exit. On the entrance side their were 6 scooters taking up the handicap spots so it was impossible for anyway to park causing traffic. McDonald's is not my foodie spot, but I wanted something different. Lunch time during work summons my default order of crispy chicken salad, but unfortunately there were none available. My colleague and I ventured to the drive-thru and were gasped with the long line of the drive-thru of how busy their business and during a global health pandemic. The drive-thru line did move moderately. Customer service was polite and respectful in communicating with order intake and order fulfillment. I decided for their buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich meal combination $9.89 which was not the same as there was very minimal seasoning for lack of taste. I wanted a ginger ale for my drink but low and behold McDonald's do not carry ginger ale, thus I opted for Sprite. I did received French fries accompanied with my meal combination, at least. My colleague ordered for our workplace and specifically requested Seltzer water, but did not received it. We did not noticed the missing Seltzer water until it was too late and my colleague turned around and make a return on the long haul drive-thru line to make a complain. The service here is HORRIBLE. I normally order on the app. When I get to the store I'm still waiting at least 15 min. Nobody acknowledges you when you walk in. This place is filled with nostalgia. I used to come here as a toddler and play in their play space at least once a week. I can't lie it is pretty ghetto, but the service inside is generally quick from what I can remember. Over the years this spot has always been there for me when I needed it. 2 AM on Halloween, 11 pm after a basketball game, 3 pm after school, 7:30 am before school... any time, you name it. I love the breakfast burritos. Make sure you get their hot sauces! Nowadays I only go here late night around 11 pm or later through the drive-thru. Surprisingly enough THEIR FRIES ARE ALWAYS EXTRA FRESH AROUND THIS TIME!!!! Such a guilty pleasure. The middle aged man who is usually at the drive thru at night is very nice. It's been a rocky road for these guys so I don't blame many of the employees for seeming so unhappy or grumpy. Expectations were low, especially after reading Ron C's review, but I was really knocked out by the service I received from the young lady who took my order. "fun facts" this location drive thru is 24/7 rain,sleet or snow! so expect when all else fail this place is welcoming with open arms waiting for you to come pay a visit! As I drove away I noticed all the items were not in the bag nor the condiments. I came back and asked about the missing items she asked me to go find my receipt. I went back to the car which I had to park on the side to find the receipt. Then she had me wait in the car as she got the items. No place for female customers to wash hands!! Visited on 9-3-18 with my daughter...the ladies room did not have an available sink (the sign said 'No Water - Sorry')...there was a plastic bag over it with a yellow hazard tent. But...the bathroom was open for all females, customers and employees alike..to use. After I went in to use the facilities, I had a bottle of water with me so I took the soap from the dispenser and washed my hands over the waste receptacle. But 99% of the people going in - Customers and EMPLOYEES - did not wash their hands before leaving the rest room. Employees should not leave a restroom BEFORE washing their hands and they couldn't do that in the restroom because there was no water!!! So every person coming out of the bathroom, touching ALL SURFACES did not have clean hands because there was no place to do so! Employees then had to leave the bathroom and go into the food area to wash their hands..totally unacceptable! This is a health code violation! read more

Am I really reviewing McDonalds? Well one McDonald's isn't going to be much better than another taste wise, but let's see if I can add some dignity to this location. It's 24 hours.. Has a drive in.. And it's right off the subway by 238th st and broadway. Other than that, expect to get some typical mediocre McDonald service, although I've had the unique pleasure of experiencing McDonald's in Canada where it seemed like workers were being paid at least 30 dollars an hour based on the huge smiles and enthusiasm written all over their faces. There's a jungle gym usually occupied by little terrors, and so I'd suggest just keeping the kids at the table with their useless happy meal toys. It's a fast food joint. What else can I say? Everyone knows what they are usually in for... I go there because it convenient but they over charge people. Twice I noticed the sign advertised a food item a certain price and my receipt said higher. For example the honey glazed chicken strips said 4.00 for 4 pieces but they charged me 4.49. Another time it was a bacon burger and they charged me .79 more than the sign and higher on Uber eats another time. I complained to corporate and they said it is franchise and they can make up their own prices. It is only suggested. To got my money back but check you receipts!
