Do NOT leave your vehicle at this Business as they are very Bad people. They Lie about everything Closed more than opened and they will not return your phone call to resolve an issue. Not too happy with the quality control and customer service after you sign on. Everything before seems great but I had a insurance repair and they don't have a filtered spray booth. So my paint has all these little bits of hair and debris. NOT acceptable . The best they can offer is for me to come back and let them buff it out ?? Well try coming back a lot problem is not resolved. Sorry I really expected a great experience I could have really referred my family and friends. Unfortunately for me that didn't happen and my new car is making me mad every time I look at it and see the lumpy bumpy spots in my paint!! read more

I have been using Castillo's for over 7 years and i must say I have never had a problem and service has always been first rate... I just recently took my truck in as it was hit by another driver. My insurance wanted me to use someone else. I called Castillo's and spoke with Adam the appraiser, He took over and contacted my insurance company and got everything handled for me. I then found out my parents were coming into town for the weekend and i needed my car back sonner rather then later. Once again i called Adam and asked if there was anyway to have it ready a bit earlier. Sure enough it was taken care of and my truck was ready on Friday morning as apposed to the following Monday or Tuesday. Again great service, great work, and a great job. I even asked them to to do a touch up on the back since they paint was going to be already mixed, And it was for a minimal charge... I won't go anywhere else. read more

Went to get an estimate on a big paint job (mid size bus) yesterday. Told to call today and was told to call back again in an hour. Called back 2 hours later and was told "my boss says it is too busy to take that job". I support local small business but won't be go here for any body or paint services for any cars. read more

Bad service, bad quality. I would highly recommend finding another body shop I had a bumper painted for my car and when I got it back it had cracks in the fiber glass. Not to mention the paint jobs peeling after only 2 months. Also after It was done I went to another shop that said they would have done it for half the price. Needless to say next time I had to get somthing done I went somewhere else. I did however get a quote from costillos for the repairs they said 1800 to fix a dented door. I then went to Gerber collision on college road and they fixed it flawlessly for 800. Huge difference. I agree with the other review send your enemy's here ha ha. read more

As much as it pains me to write this, I feel I need to warn potential customers. The Castillos were awesome, but they've, sadly, retired. I used them all the time for my business vehicles and they were great. I was promised my vehicle would be ready yesterday. When I called several days ago, I was told it was in primer and would be ready. It was supposed to be ready yesterday. I went this morning and the guy had JUST STARTED SANDING IT! I can forgive a lot, but lying isn't included. I let down my employer because I don't have transportation. Even though Brandon is a hike, I guess I'll use Carsmetics from now on. They had my vehicle for 5 weeks and did nothing to it. After repeated calls and showing up, they finally worked on it in a half day. They left hand print stains on the headliner and didn't fully put everything back together. After examination, there were things missing from my vehicle. Money that was hidden and loss change to name a few. Now the owner will not return my phone call about the issues. I'm not happy and would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

My son took his vehicle to this establishment on Feb 6th 2018, as of today 3/26/18 they still have not repaired the vehicle. They were paid in advanced by our neighbor that recommended for the repairs. We told on several occasions that the car would be ready only to told it was not ready on the day promised. I personally spoke with the manager Ed K. He advised of the problems he has with his staff. He assured me the vehicle would be ready for pickup on Friday, 3/23/18. We set the date and time of Saturday, 3/24 at 11am for me to view the completed work. Needless to say, Ed did not show up, his staff said they did not know where he was. After multiple demands I was allowed to view my son's vehicle. The front grill was still off, the headlight was sitting in the car on the drivers seat, the side panel had not been removed or repaired etc. etc. Now I'm being told that car will be ready by noon on 5/30/18. Very frustrating, considering what legal, smalls claims court, consumer protection agency, BBB, and FL. Attorney General remedies are available. Do not use this establishment read more

My 99 Silverado paint was faded and seriously oxidized! I visited several of the "Big Shops" in the Brandon area and explained to them I was retired on fixed income with tight budget but lots of time! None of them were interested in working with me. When I visited Castillo, Brian told me "Yes, we can work with you". My truck now looks like it just came off the show room floor!!! I highly recommend Castillo for their courteous and very professional work!! read more

I brought my car in after an accident and the service was excellent. I dealt with a gentleman named Adam. He was very kind and took his time explaining the process to me. He even called the insurance company and helped me file my claim. Quick turnaround time and my car looked brand new again. Glad I brought my 2014 Lincoln there! Steer clear of Castillo auto body shop because the service is lousy and all the promises of getting your car ready in a timely manner is nothing but BS and empty promises. Had my car in for minor touch up work and only under police advisement and lawyer involvement was I able to get my car back after sitting in Castillo,s lot for over 12 weeks (3 months). Ed M. the general manager and new boss of Castillio , was never available to answer questions regarding the car. The staff did not know how to get in contact with him (sic) and his business was completely closed for several weeks with no contact information posted whatsoever. Other people were also trying to get their money returned for services not completed or like me, couldn,t get their car off the lot because the place was closed. All the good employees who worked there before, 1 year ago, are gone. Many are now working for other reputable body repair shops in the local area. My advise is look for another body shop and avoid Castillio at all cost. read more

I love driving around in my red Sebring convertible (2006). Unfortunately, I rear-ended it back in 2010, and another body shop did a lousy job of painting a brand new front bumper.The paint peeled every 30 days and I had to take back re-paint 3 times. Eventually I gave up. In June 2013, I finally took my car to Carstilo's. The owner Ed was very sympathetic to my experience and told me "it's that kind of body shop that gave us bad names". I shopped around and got a very good deal for a new, unpainted fornt bumper, and took it to Ed. Then his staff found out that one supporting metal rod was missing during my rear-end accident. No wonder the front hood could never properly close since the accident. He gave me a very reasonable quote to add this support. He and his staff did a fantastic job installing the supporting metal, painitng the bumper, and all obscure spots. The whole job is so perfect, so professional. They treated me with ultimate care and respect a customer deserves. Now I have my beautiful convertible back and driving around proudly. Thank you Ed and your staff. Keep up the great work! read more
