That's exactly how I felt when my Mercedes GLC suddenly started having major issues. I brought my vehicle to Precision Automotive, and Matt and everyone at the shop were so kind and patient. It's very easy for mechanics to take advantage of people -- especially women -- and they did the absolute opposite. They were honest, transparent, and genuinely helpful. The first two issues were fixed with no problem, but I had an issue with an expensive part. They verified and issued a prompt warranty part, which would be the end of it for other shops. The problem persisted, but instead of giving up, as most shops would do, they dug in. It took a little bit to finish it off as there were some other variables involved, but Jose, the manager and an incredible mechanic, and Aaron, the owner himself, worked with me to ensure that in the end, I was treated fairly. Originally, I had her and her twin brother bringing their cars back to South Florida for me to do routine maintenance. Then while her car was parked at her apartment, squirrels or rats climbed up and chewed the fuel lines coming from the pump at the tank. With the parts I needed on backorder at the dealership and no junk yard local to Orlando having her vehicle model in it, I was stuck. Auto Tender to the rescue. From the first phone call, to them handing us a safe and running car, I was more than pleased with our experience. They even completed the job under the original estimate price. So for the last 3 years; my daughter's, son's, nephew's, and a few of their friend's cars have all gone to Auto Tender for everything from routine maintenance to big fixes.
