Steve, the head trainer is amazing. He truly cares about your well being. The place feels so welcoming. They also have modifications for workout if you cannot do something. I do not feel lost or left out because I cannot keep up. I feel the BURN with every workout and sweat for a change. I feel motivated to go everyday. Since then they have added and improved a great deal of things to this place! I have been going to this gym for over 5 years now and have absolutely loved it. The staff are all super kind and willing to answer questions and the head manager is always ready to answer anything too. When you first walk in you have the open area along with the day care room on your right and then you have the front desk and next to that is the smoothie bar! I have come to it to get plenty of Protein packed drinks to help refuel myself after a workout. They have a large variety of machines and freeweights on the ground floor on top of many other amazing options too. Upstairs you will have a more private workout area that is smaller and a vast majority of the cardio machines. Downstairs in the main area you will have the racket ball room, the workout/class room, the cycling room, the media room with a giant cinema screen to watch while working out, the pool area along with 24e's own version of crossfit in the room behind it. What is also awesome about the place is that they both come with spacious restroom and locker rooms. Fully equipped with showers and plenty of body wash or shampoo if needed. The guy's area comes with a sauna and a steamer room and I believe the women's rest room/locker room comes with a sauna as well. On top of this gym being a 24 hour access gym with scanning pass key access the community has really shown up and continued to grow and come to this gym over the years. And I am sure it will only continue to grow!

There is a pool and showers and there is carpet in the locker room? Makes no sense! Besides that, the facility is fine. Because of my schedule I am there later in the evening and the place is typically packed with kids playing in various sports programs. The weight room equipment is dated, but you can get a good workout in. The indoor cycling room is crammed and not a great environment. One neat thing is the separate cardio room. The room is kept cool with fans running and has 4 televisions to keep people entertained. Great place for families, which is what the YMCA is there for, but not a great place for me.

I won't go into any unnecessarily-lengthy descriptions in this review - it's a gym, it has equipment, it has personal trainers, it has locker rooms for both men and women - no surprises and everything you'd hope a gym would have to offer its members. Class sizes aren't too big and the gym is super clean. Every workout is challenging in a good way and modifications are offered for everything! Sometimes CrossFit/Bootcamps can feel intimidating and you may feel lost, but I never felt that way here! The trainers are professional, encouraging and super helpful. I highly recommend this place.
