When I tried to place my order, she seemed irritated, rolled her eyes when I misspoke, and told me to "stop confusing" her. She also made comments like, "I know you've been to other places--my place is different," instead of helping guide me through the menu. It created a very uncomfortable and tense environment. I left feeling anxious, which is not something you should experience after a simple food order. In contrast, a gentleman working there was kind and professional, which I appreciated. To make matters worse, I was not given a receipt despite asking, and I believe I may have been overcharged. I ordered a Greek salad with added chicken and a chicken shawarma panini, and my total came to $50. My mother's order was supposed to be removed and paid separately, but without a receipt, I have no way to confirm whether that was done correctly. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works toward creating a more respectful and welcoming environment for customers.
