My designer, Samantha, was so professional, helpful and thoughtful. She helped me design our his and hers closets and my laundry room. She thought of things that I didn't consider adding! Husband love his closet and I love, love, mine! It's beautiful and functional. I hated the racks. The design process was seamless and I loved that she provided 3D images the day after the consultation. Also, Samantha answered all my follow up questions before and even after signing the contract. They were reasonable in price and by Nicole and The install took a full day (3 spaces). My installers, Andrew and Sergio, were awesome, worked quietly and efficiently. They did an amazing job bringing the images to life and cleaning the spaces after the install. I needed to make one small adjustment after the install. Samantha submitted the ticket and they took care of it with no issues. I am very happy and I highly recommend the company and Samantha!

Kimberly was amazing! I had cleaned and organized the majority of the family house but the garage…read morewas giving me so much anxiety. I really didn't want to deal with it and felt that the current hanging racks just would not work with organizing. I needed everything to be properly put away. Kimberly sold me on Artisan because she is meticulous, detail-oriented and very knowledgeable on the product. She was very clear on what customers did and did not like including her own experience which helped to confirm what I wanted. The install was very smooth and he walked me through how to use the accessories. I did get another option from The Container Store and it very obvious for me to move forward with Kimberly and the design. It was thought out for what I needed and thorough in the measuring to accommodate my space / tools which I was not getting from the competitor. There was no thought there or expansion on my initial ask. Back to the garage, I would have Artisan or my handyman paint the walls. I did have a handyman remove the racks and cover the holes beforehand as I wanted a smooth install, but I didn't have them paint the walls white again. It is not a big deal but a note to anyone else who is on the fence about it. I did have a small work station installed and I did ask about lights or tools to hang right in from of me. I don't think they offer that in their current catalog but I do think that should add in the future. The handy-wall is larger so I don't think it would fit in that space to hang smaller tools. If you are looking for something similar, you may want to design the space to leave that open and do it yourself. I have a garden rack next to it so I do use the lights and the wooden pole to hang a fan. Overall, I am very happy with the final product and the install. I have had a lot of experiences where the sales sold a great experience or tool only for the install to be a mess or disrespectful to your home. So I do dread installs and thankfully that was not an issue here. It was exactly what I wanted and Kimberly and the installer made the experience very easy and stress-fre.

After more…read morethan 20 years of raising a family and running a business that accumulated years of props, design pieces, and supplies, the thought of tackling it was completely overwhelming. I finally decided to take a chance and hire Nancy, and I can't tell you what a great decision that was. She's an expert organizer with 20 years of experience, but just as importantly, she has this wonderfully calm energy that makes the whole process feel positive--and somehow even enjoyable. Since then, I've hired her to help me tackle 20+ years of clothing, multiple closets, and now my son's closet. She's so good I keep thinking, "What else can I possibly hire Nancy to organize?" What I didn't expect was how much lighter I would feel afterward. Having less and knowing where everything is has genuinely given me a greater sense of peace and clarity. Hiring someone to help with something I technically could do myself initially felt like a bit of a luxury, but after experiencing the difference it has made, I can honestly say Nancy has been worth the investment.

It's hard to pin down exactly what Nancy Meck's expertise is--because she seems to do everything…read more On paper, she's the master of bringing order to chaos, whether it's a cluttered closet, an out-of-control kitchen, that dreaded junk room, or an entire house. But reducing her to just an organizer would be missing the point entirely. Nancy first came to our home when my wife was juggling too many projects at once and feeling frustrated by the lack of progress. I sure as hell wasn't going to be the one to make sense of it all. Enter Nancy. She didn't just tidy up--she reimagined our space. First, she tackled the office in a way we never would have considered. Then the kitchen. Then the closet. By the time she was done, she probably knew where everything was in our house better than we did. But that was just the warm-up. Fast forward to our international move. The smartest decision we made? Bringing Nancy in to quarterback the whole thing. She handled everything--coordinating realtors, hiring movers, clearing out what we weren't taking--while somehow making an overwhelming process feel completely manageable. But Nancy's real superpower isn't just her ability to organize. It's the confidence she instills in everyone around her. She's unshakable. In all the time I've known her, I've never seen her frustrated or frazzled. When Nancy's involved, stress just doesn't stand a chance.

This was our 4th move in 21 months, so we were so exhausted and overwhelmed at the prospect of unpacking. We wanted to maximize our quality of life in our new home, and Order by Kate did just that! I used them for 2 days, and Shannon and Grace hustled the entire day to try and get as much done as possible. I was so impressed with their work ethic and effort, as this is very mentally and physically taxing labor. They got SO much done. If I had done this myself, it would have probably taken me 6+ months. It felt like having 2 fairy godmothers come and fix up your entire life! They styled my daughter's room in the cutest way. It is still such a joy to walk into the room every time. They did such a good job. I honestly can't believe I've lived up to this point without professional organizers. I was hesitant to invest in something like this for the first time, but now I can't ever see going back. The experience was truly life-changing for our family, and you get to reap the rewards for years to come. Instead of sorting clothes and unpacking linens, I get to spend time with my daughter and enjoy my new home. They probably saved me 100 hours of work, and 100 Yelp reviews couldn't express my gratitude!

My hub spoke with 3 organizers who advertise on YELP, submitted requested photos, and was assured that our 2 story Buckhead townhome (we've lived here 17 yrs) didn't present unusual difficulties. Kate, who hub "M" said was 'very friendly and reassuring', spoke with my husband several times, assuring him the entire job could be accomplished in 3 days at most, maybe 3 separate visits, by she and her 2 assistants. Come #1 appt. day, 9 a.m.. a man & woman showed up & began packing every item in and upon downstairs furniture in huge new boxes, taped up. My hub, who was NOT asked or instructed by Kate's crew of 2 whether or how to help, went upstairs where he packed everything in his professional art studio into his saved boxes. By 1:30 p.m. the 2 helpers said they were through for the day (9 a.m.-- 1:30p.m.) and departed, leaving a high stack of huge filled cardboard boxes stacked high at far end of our open plan living/dining area. They said they'd return to work on upstairs bedrooms but next morning someone (not Kate iirc) called hub to say the heft young man had hurt his back packing. Since my hub alone had carried boxes to garage storage bin, I wondered. My hub "M" repeatedly called and emailed "Order by Kate" but from my understanding there was no phone reply or follow-up on proceeding with our project. Before the 9 am - 1:30 pm visit my husband had paid $750.00 in advance to Order by Kate. (We may have a bit too much nice 'stuff' in a couple closets but let me make clear no rooms are remotely dirty or impassible like those shown in TV shows like 'Hoarders'.)

Instead, they dragged the job out to a painfully slow 10 hours, then had the audacity to tack on over $100 beyond the quoted price. To make matters worse, the coordinator insulted the homeowner by describing the property as "neglected" and "unlivable"--a wildly untrue and unprofessional remark.
