The owner actually replied to our inquiry and was very quick to respond with a reasonable price and availability that worked (literally next day) for us. She asked what areas were to be concentrated on and showed up on time. She sent a text prior to arrival to confirm traffic and so long as you update me, I'm flexible but it's nice to get a heads-up. We did several bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room and den floors and some countertop areas. Bedrooms aren't hard for me to do though she does offer changing linens as well, so I had her concentrate on the things I struggle with--namely floors, toilets, tub/shower, and countertops. I did a walk-through and there was a small area on the kitchen counters that was missed but likely due to a lot of appliances on the counters, so I cleared what I could and she volunteered to go back over them (our counters have this crummy porous texture being granite and hold a lot of unknown stuff being multicolored). I went back and they were shining and absolutely smooth to a bare finger touch. Great job on our wooden floors which I know are a beast to clean but she uses Bona which is what we prefer as well. Attaching some pics, our house has pets and is older from the 70's but smelled clean and fresh afterwards and the cleaning is a huge help to prepare for guests and maintain going forward. Though ours was mostly a one-time thing, I would definitely use this same service again for cleaning esp if I have company coming. Photos show the type of counters we have and how clean the floor was after in the breakfast room (despite the kitties LOL). She was mindful of my pets not getting out and is fine with working around them which was a nice plus. She noticed all of the little details and makes sure they are cleaned. She cared for my home as if it was her own. She even found rust under the shower drain in my new construction and took extra time to clean it. She even went and got dog friendly floor cleaner after she learned I had dogs, and gave me the cleaner and rags she was using after I said I loved the smell. Truly goes the extra mile! I get the could be unreasonable demands of clients and turnover rate of employees as well. Unfortunately, this experience using this company was not a good one. The communication leading up to the move-in cleaning was good but the response afterwards in regards to the cleaning services that i paid was frankly unacceptable by any reputable standards of doing good business. The cleaning service was 185.00 I paid 225.00 (cash) with a good faith tip included. I was unable to be present during the window they agreed to come clean so i left the payment in a white envelope on the kitchen island counter. However, as you can see from the pictures below which are just some of the many i took show that no cleaning was done in my apartment hence i reached out to "Ben" who had been my point of contact up until this point. Consequently, I have not heard back from Ben since with a proper response raised by me in regards to the cleaning services provided and monies that was paid to AllyMaids company for a service that was not obviously not even attempted. I did report them to my apartment leasing office as a company that should not be included in new tenant referral packets as services available in the area. They said that they will remove them from the Welcome folder. Hopefully, this will help any new future tenants in my apartment complex not get scammed by this company.

First, the cleaners didn't bring their own supplies and used up a tenant's entire bottle of Dawn dish soap--and the owner actually got upset when the tenant asked for it to be replaced. Before the job started, I asked the owner how much the oven would cost. She quoted me $25. I asked if the refrigerator was included, and she said yes, so I asked if we could swap them and just do the oven instead of the fridge. She told me the fridge was already done. She then admitted she forgot to tell her employees to clean the oven that day, so she said they would come back the next day--but changed the price to $30. I sent the $30 anyway just to get it done, but they completely ghosted me and never showed up. Taking extra money for a mistake she admitted to, and then failing to show up, is completely unacceptable.
