I started working with Caspian Services in July 2017. I found their site on Yelp. Leonard have been very prompt in responding to my admin concerns while Sergeh have been very timely and quick in helping me with the website maintenance and design side. They both helped improved our website SEO and have helped me focus on other side of business. I am rest assured that our site is always up and running with the current plug-ins and other requirements. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of having a clean & easy to manage website. read more

I would like to thank Leonard and his team for helping us design a high quality website. From our first meeting to going live, they were always very responsive and helpful each step of the way. They are the definition of a small business doing big things and I am beyond happy I chose them. I highly recommend them if you need a top tier website. read more

I have worked with Caspian Services on a number of different projects throughout the past few years. First and foremost they designed my company's website 5 years ago and they have been maintaining it since. Secondly, I have referred them to a lot of my friends and clients. I have never heard anyone say anything negative about this company. In fact, several people have called me back and thanked me for referring them to Caspian Services. Also, Leonard is the owner of this company and he is the nicest guy. He always makes sure that I am happy with the outcome of their work. I recommend anyone who owns a business to hire Caspian to design and host their website. Even if you already have a site, it is worth having them evaluate your site and make their valuable recommendation. read more

Everything was great in the beginning, but then something changed.... I originally approached Caspian Services to correct mistakes made by another provider in the creation of my company's new website. There were many design flaws that made managing the site very difficult. When the original company failed to follow through with promised repairs, I sought out another to finish what they started and found Caspian Services, Inc. Caspian was highly rated on other review sites and touted awards and recognitions on their own site. They were also local to my business which is something I typically value when forming relationships with providers. When I first contacted Caspian about the work I needed done on my site, they were very responsive, easy to talk with, and fairly priced compared to other companies ($75/hr., a little higher than the $60-65/hr. I was quoted by others). The work was performed within just a couple days of my initial contact and I was very satisfied with the quick results. I felt that I had found a reliable, trustworthy, and professional company to handle all of my web needs going forward. HOWEVER, after that something apparently changed. When I contacted the company at the beginning of June about resolving some web errors that Google was reporting about my site (thus preventing it from coming up in web searches which kind of defeats the purpose of even having a website), I was told they would look into it but I never heard back from them. When I followed-up by email, I never received a response. When I followed-up again, the response was "I never got that email. I will take a look tomorrow." Tomorrow came and went, so several days later I put a phone call into the company. That call went unreturned. Another phone call a week later and the same thing. My final phone call on June 30 and...you guessed it...the same thing - no response. So 24 hours later I am writing this review wondering what happened. I would be the first to admit if I was a difficult customer to work with, was late in paying, set unreachable goals, or had unreasonable expectations; but I can honestly tell you that none of this was the case. My attitude is pretty easy-going; I always pay promptly; I can live with delays to a certain extent; and I'm very loyal to people and companies that are good to me. I like to praise work that is done well and offer constructive feedback for work that isn't rather than just complaints. Whatever happened between the time the original work was performed (which I was very satisfied with) and the complete lack of response that has occurred since (which I am very dissatisfied with) has left me feeling disillusioned and disappointed. It is as if I dealt with a completely different company in April that was at that time eager to get my business but is now completely uninterested in ever working with my company again. A simple returned phone call or email back explaining that they didn't have time for my project now, were tied up with something else, didn't like my cologne, whatever, would have been better than nothing, but nothing is precisely what I got and I really expected a lot more from Caspian. Needless to say I've been forced to seek out a new company to partner with and give my business and referrals to for the next several years. (One of the reasons for my phone call to Caspian in June was to refer a business associate to them to rebuild his company's site, a project that would have likely brought several thousand dollars in revenue to Caspian that will now go unrealized.) Caspian would have received 5-stars from me had it not been for this most recent treatment. Regrettably, I feel this latest experience forces me to significantly downgrade them due to the lack of responsiveness and punctuality. To their credit. they were very nice, very talented people who did excellent work in a timely way; but to their detriment, they apparently have a lot to learn when it comes to follow-up and professionalism, and this time it has cost them a customer. What a shame for them and me. read more

I found Caspian Services here on Yelp. I liked the reviews and so I called. I talked to several companies but Caspian had the best response and seemed very professional so I went with them. Leonard was great and really listened to everything I needed. There are things that might not be important to some businesses but are crucial to mine and Caspian understood that. They didn't complain. They just went out to solve any issues and they did it well. I've worked with enough other web design teams to know that if they don't listen or understand your business, it can be a disaster for your website. This didn't happen with Caspian and my experience was very positive. They're a great team and I look forward to working with them again on future projects. Thank you Caspian Services for my new website! www.ginaartonline.com read more

Thank you Leonard and Sean for setting up my web page, it's excellent work . My site, Russlandery.com, is really nice, professionally done, the graphics are nice, my pictures look great and I have already gotten compliments after just 2 days of being live on the internet. I have a teenage son who even commented "Wow this site is awesome" and he's a video nut. The folks at Caspian Services were very patient working with me; I had many requests and changes since the site had to be acceptable by the recording industry. Sean and Leonard jumped right on my project with less than half of the money up front and while having a very short turn around time; I needed the site up in 7 days and they had it up in 5, amazing. What makes Caspian tic? it must be the teamwork , Sean and Leonard shot ideas off of one another during my first meeting at the office as siblings often do which made me sure the knew what they were doing and that my request for services were in the right hands. The business has a family environment and friendly professional people working there, I 'm very lucky I found this place on Yelp. Thanks again Leonard Ghazarian , Sean Kumar and the rest of the team at Caspian Services Inc, I will recommend Caspian Services to all of my friends in the music and film industry. read more

Every business has a website, and there are many companies that can give you "a website". To truly differentiate your business, you need a GOOD website.. and these guys are definitely my recommendation. Caspian goes above and beyond the effort most businesses (of any kind) will expend to ensure you're more than satisfied. Our business is in manufacturing, and as such our website contains a lot of technical information that seemed very foreign to other designers we talked to. Not to Caspian; they're intelligent, capable, and talented! A real pleasure to work with as well, we can't wait to work together with them again in the future. Definitely start with them. read more

I've been a customer of Caspian services since 2009. I've always had stellar service from them. When ever I have questions or need updates they respond quickly and produce detailed results. About 2 years ago, Leo and his team designed and launched my very first website for my real estate business. In fact he designed and printed my business cards for me too, which really helped get me going. Caspian Services walked me through using the site, updating, and even helped register the domain names since this was all new to me. Well, two years had gone by and the site was looking outdated...I already knew who to call. Leo and Sean sat down with me and came up with a customized game plan that fit my needs for the new site. Within a few days the site was up, and again they showed me the ropes on how to update it, maintain it and answered the many questions I had. We're still working on minor things that I keep bugging them about, but they REALLY know their stuff...web design, SEO, marketing ideas; they're your one stop shop if your looking to expand your business. I HIGHLY recommend them. A big thank you to Leonard and his staff at Caspian Services, Inc!! read more

I had spoken to a few different web designers regarding what I wanted and I felt Caspian was the way to go. The reason being they were prompt in responding and had a good timeline they would finish our website. I am glad I chose Caspian! They listened to our feedback patiently and gave us exactly what we needed! I would definitely refer them to my friends and family. Thanks Leo! read more

I contacted Caspian Services to perform minor updates for my business website. The customer service was excellent and I was pleasantly surprised considering web designers are typically not known for efficiency, responsiveness nor quick turn around time. My web hosting was transferred to them quickly and the minor updates performed in about 1 week. Leonard was an utmost professional, and I met with him at his office for an introductory meeting and we communicated by email/phone afterwards. I recommend this company. read more

After loosing money paying another service to build our company website (which never happened), I found Caspian online and decided to reach out because of their great rating/reviews - SO grateful I did! They are VERY reasonable, reliable, quick and competent. After initially connecting with Leonard (who went above and beyond to work with us), I worked with Sergeh for the building of our site and I am perfectly pleased! After too many prior experiences to the contrary, I am even more grateful for people with integrity & character who are also excellent at what they do!! After interviewing 2 other companies I decided on Caspian Services to re-do my website for these reasons: They could work with my existing template. Owner Leonard Ghazarian is highly regarded in the community (at this time he is La Crescenta's Honorary Major!). He satisfactorily answered every question my business coach and I asked. And finally, he gave me the best price! I need to mention his assistant Sean Kumar who was extremely patient with me and my many requests. I was able to sit right next to Sean and breathe down his neck for many hours while he updated my site. One company I inteviewed didn't think we needed to met at all!! Not my way of doing business. I am very happy with my new site and look forward to garnering more business.Thank you Caspian Services! read more

I am very pleased that I choose Leonard Ghazarian and his staff at Caspian Services to design my webpage. I decided to open a small sedan and limousine service and needed a logo and webpage design. Initially, I contacted many services to get quotes. Several of these services were very expensive, didn't follow up with a quote or seemed indifferent to my needs. The best thing about Leonard is that he answers the phone and quickly reply's to emails. No playing phone tag! I worked with a couple different staff members that were very friendly and seemed eager to meet my needs. They even spoke to me in terms that I could easily understand as I am not very familiar with website design. The result is a nice webpage that is clean and simple to use. Plus, he delivered the product on time as promised. You will not be disappointed if you use Caspian Services for your website design! www.islimo.com read more

I had a problem with my website and i needed someone to fix the issue as soon as possible, so I searched on yelp and found this guys, i went to their office and Leonard started helping me out and teaching me how to fix it on my own so i don't spend money, thats when i noticed their not just a ripoff company, they really do care about their clients, so I decided to have them fix it professionally since i don't have time to do it, they did a good job with reasonable price, and they still help me out if i need to change stuff on my website, thanks Guys. read more

I needed someone to turn my website design into a child theme for my woocommerce store on WordPress. I found Caspian and some other companies through a google search. After contacting Caspian and the other companies, I decided to go with Caspian because Leonard was extremely responsive and took the time to go through my design. The process was easy and fast, even though I never visited their office. All our communication was efficiently done through emails and phone calls. I am really glad I found Caspian Services. I had only two weeks left before the grand opening of my Imaging Center and the company that I hired to develop and design my website was stalling the process for 2 months, failing to complete the project on time. That's when I met Leonard, who made me a promise that he would design and build a new website from scratch, in less than two weeks. The project was completed on point, exactly as promised, with a great outcome and fantastic design. He even completed a fully operational E-Commerce module! This was such a pleasure, to work with someone as talented and creative as Leonard, as well as his courteous team, and I am extremely pleased with the outcome of their work. If you are a small (but mighty) business owner who is seeking a great web design company -look no further - you have found Caspian! I was originally considering several overseas web designer options but was introduced to Caspian by a friend in LA. Caspian took our very outdated website and created exactly what I was looking for and more - all for a very reasonable and straight-forward price. They offered innovative suggestions and caught on immediately to our vision. They also helped link our sight into all of the bells and whistles that we need. During the quick set up phase, we easily were able to view changes and make additional suggestions. Our clients are from all over the world and our website is used by them daily. We received several compliments from clients right away. After it launched, Caspian provided us with some simple training that has enabled us to make day to day changes in-house. Most recently, we ran into a little challenge related to a photo and they helped us out immediately. Caspian are a wonderful resource for web design and especially for small business owners who do not have any time (or money) to waste! You will be happy you contacted Caspian. read more

When two good friends independently recommended Caspian and Leonard for my firm's new website, I thought I'd reach out to Leonard. He was very helpful in telling me what they provide and listened to how exactly how we wanted our site to look like. This is a website for a law firm so it is critical that it looks professional. As you can see if you visit it (www.foundationllp.com), Caspian was able to hew the line between creating a visually stunning website (as we requested) but also making sure it looks professional. Thank you so much for your help and we will be referring our clients. read more
