Leonard and his team are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. They revamped my website, giving it the clean and professional look I was looking for. What I thought was great was that they actually listened to what I wanted, and delivered exactly what I asked for. Often times people give you what they want to give you, instead of what you are asking of them. That was not the case with Caspian. They heard me out, and delivered. Also, they were very prompt to respond to all my emails and inquiries. It would rarely take more than a few minutes for me to get a response (at most a few hours) and you just don't get that kind of attention and care these days. Perhaps most important of all is the fact that they always has practical and direct solutions by virtue of their experience. They never fumbled the ball or spun their wheels. Bottom line: Leonard and his team are a class act! read more

I found Caspian Services after a bad experience with an online crowdsourcing design service. I worked with Leonard and his team for a logo & business card design and I'm very happy with the whole process. I will definitely return for future projects. read more

Leonard and Sergeh were a pleasure to work with! They were patient with us when we were slowly delivering them content for our new site, and they would follow up with us periodically to keep our timeline on track. Whenever we asked them for something, we would have it by the next day or sooner! Very professional and kind. We would definitely use them again. read more

We had been looking for a graphics company to work with and the portfolio on the website at Caspian services led me to call him. He saw me late Monday afternoon and he was able to design and get produced 5 foot tall banners so we could use them for a show that Thursday and Friday. The graphics were superb and I was proud to display the banners at our show. They are creative, quick, and very easy to work with. We will definitely be working with them in the future! read more

We were looking for a web design team that was highly responsive, creative, detailed, and technically savvy. We found it in Caspian. Leonard and Sergeh are excellent and patient listeners. We were merging 3 websites into one; and they found a clear, creative, artistic way of doing that - one that has far exceeded our expectations. We also needed to take our time in this development due to a variety of personal and professional demands on our time. Sergeh, our primary development contact, never made us feel pressured to complete the project, and always responded to our new detailed lists of modifications amazingly quickly and positively. They always had a solution to our requests in a timely and attractive way. They are creative technologists that we highly recommend. Our site http://vanderlip.com/ is one we know we will proudly share for years to come. read more

I've worked with Caspian in the past, so when the time came for a total rebranding of my business, they were my first and last call. They patiently took my feedback and requests for changes and worked with me until I was satisfied. They created several logos for me to choose from, a business card, a PowerPoint template and website -- all of which turned out great. These folks are real pros and it's a pleasure to review them. read more

Caspian built my site and they were extremely pleasant to work with, though I was chronically behind in getting assets to them for the project. Sergeh worked with me and he did everything quickly, efficiently and he took care of any issues I happened to miss at an impressive speed. I recommend them highly. read more

I've worked with a few graphic designers, but this was by far the best experience I've had. Leonard and everyone at Caspian were a pleasure to work with as we designed our logo. They were patient through all of the changes and specifics I had regarding color and look. They were professional and most of all, they were timely and efficient. I will continue to work with them for future projects! read more

History

Established in 2001.

Caspian Services started as a part-time web design business in 2001 by Leonard Ghazarian. It quickly started growing, and went full-time in late 2004, and the 1st office was opened. In 2006 the business moved to a bigger office and had it's first employee. A year later the business moved again to a bigger office and hired 2 additional employees to help with the growing need of web design and marketing services. In 2013 the business moved again to Downtown Glendale, in the historic Hollywood Production Building - where it's more centrally located to their client base. After outgrowing their office again - they relocated to the current office that is more than 2x bigger than their last office. In 2013, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 Caspian Services was chosen as the "Finest Web Design" firm by CV Weekly readers. Currently the business offers a growing # of services with an 8 member team, supporting over 300 clients.
