But to turn around and try and charge $300 for a battery which the battery is new, we just bought the truck 3 months ago. Then to do an engine flush-which may have been necessary if the sensor was fixed and the screens were cleaned and then to do a full synthetic oil change when the oil change was just done as well. And the best part is the check engine light came right back on no more than 2 hours after picking up the truck. Absolutely a joke of a shop, way overpriced and like to dig for everything else to nickel and dime you overman actually fix the problem!!!

My husband went to look for a few minutes, but came back to the counter and explained he really didn't know for sure what he needed. Then, the man finally helped us out. As a person, who has worked customer service jobs in the past, his service was far from pleasant. His name was Dennis.

When you cant even match the functionality of discount tire, you are doing something wrong. I ordered set up from them thinking that would be baked in and, its not. Customer service is terrible. They wont work with you much. I tried to get them waive the restock and I would buy a corrected set from them and no. Took it up with the credit card company and lost. Though I think its because the non English speaking person who took my complaint didn't understand me. I went with element wheels instead now. Guess what, their site knows more than bolt patterns. So I will be filing complaints with BBB, State Attorney General and other legal avenues available.

We bought a machine, hauled it all the way to Hayward and it didn't even make it 20 miles and the engine blew up. Called them up and they said bring it back and we'll rebuild the motor. Thought this is great-someone actually standing behind what they sell. They "rebuilt " the engine asking us to pay for the other piston so we would have a whole new motor so we agreed. Haul the sled back up North made it about 200 miles and the engine locked up again. Brought it back to Ken's and they said yep the crank we put in it was junk and now it wrecked the case and everything is worse than before. This time though they said too bad we're not fixing it we'll give you $1000.00 for it for salvage. Long story short bought a snowmobile for 5400.00 got about 220 miles out of it and was offered $1000.00 for it because they put junk parts in it trying to patch it up and it bit them in the ass. Now we're paying for it. The answer we got from Chris the owner was yeah it sucks guess you should have bought a new one. Think twice before buying from them. I sure wish I would've read the Yelp reviews before buying from them.

I had received some quotes from my dealer for work to compare after the promotional inspection I received for 45 dollars was complete at Rob's. Are you guys kidding me I am not stupid all the quotes and estimates from Rob's went in the trash I felt I was getting ripped off. I felt misled when I told them I was looking for a lower priced independent repair shops to my dealer and got insane pricing for their labor and parts markup.
