Albeit some were tiny but I could see where the many tiny blooms had each been pollinated into a tomato. I have been growing tomatoes almost every year, but this has been the most I've ever been this excited about doing so. This after asking numerous questions and taking advice from their knowledgeable staff. Even Steve himself answered 2 questions on the phone with me. He was right on the money as well. I can't say enough good about this nursery. I also bought my wife a beautiful flowering plant that she fell in love with after seeing it. It is worth the 1 hour drive from my house in Garland. They were very patient answering our many questions and helping us pick out just the right trees to replace several oaks that we recently lost. It was great knowing that all their trees come from their farm in Texas. Once we picked our trees from their large lot, they carefully marked them as ours to ensure those were the ones that showed up on delivery day. Their delivery team was respectful, helpful in finalizing placement of each tree, careful with the trees and our yard, and cleaned up nicely. It's a haven for anyone working on their yard or outdoor space. There's even dog treats and toys, wind chimes, bird houses and feeders! I got some ceramic planters, potting soil and plant food all for a bit less than I was anticipating to spend. Always a good thing! The service here is good too. The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful when I rang up as I needed to make multiple trips to my car to load up. Also, when I visited, I heard some great 80's music to make my plant shopping experience that much better. I love it here at Green Acres and will definitely be back for more green girls!
