They will tell you anything so enough time passes they won't have to be responsible. They built me a pool with horrible lighting. There are 2 lights that are not the same color and are not in sequence when it changes colors. 2 months after they finished the pool the deck is chipping up everywhere and I had to reach out weekly to try to get something done. After two years they told me to read the contract and they did what they were suppose to. Referring to coming back and painting over the chipped areas. I have multiple text from my builder and the owner son stating that they will fix it and do what it takes to make it right. I was patient for 2 years and then wanted something done. This is the first post I've ever done and would not want anybody to go through what I have after spending $60,000 on a pool.
