Well due to COVID it looks like any service to come inside requires an appointment. But this visit…read morewas to exchange my loose change. Upon arrival, the entrance beyond the foyer to the main lobby was locked and then was unlocked by the bank clerk. Before I could enter, he asked me question of what was my purpose of my visit and did I had an appointment. I advised that I wanted to exchange my loose change. He then tells me I can utilize the coin machine, but would have to remove them out of thr coin rolls (whatba major waste of money and time. Using the machine you just press the start button and shove the coins down the slot with the assistance of the flat hand rake. *Tip* Double check to make sure every coin is shoved in due to some can get jammed in the corners. Once I was done, you push the print button for your slip. Then I was escorted to the atm, where the virtual teller assisted me with scanning my receipt.

THIS IS FOR corporate not this actual location…read more left my old job, went to a new job, i called to get roll over checks sent to me We moved out of state, I asked to change my address guy on the phone verified my new address atleast 3 times including before hanging up, he also asked if i wanted to pay $25 to get the checks rushed. I said yes. he sent checks to my old house in a different state there the checks sat I called back at least 6times,each time i called back i got different answers. I have to wait 15 days for my address to change (Well then why didnt the first guy know this and wait to mail my checks out?) Then, well we can't void checks until they've been out of our hands for 8 business days..(WHY NOT I'm telling you i have the tracking number that it was delivered to the WRONG address) i received 5 emails saying my address was changed, 6th email address was FINALLY Changed i called back was told now that it's changed have to wait ANOTHER 3 days to get check voided, new checks sent out to me same person also goes i have the check numbers here lets check if they match and before i could say anything they read the check numbers off i go "I don't have the checks they are in a different state at the wrong address hence why i'm calling to void them"Why am i getting different information every time i call I told the last person they need to retrain their people because no one told me any of this, i asked for my $25 backthe guy goes "We can't give you the $25 back but we can expedite these next two checks for free" I go "you're not expediting them for free if i'm not getting my $25 back because technically im still paying for that" he then proceeded to argue with me over that i wasn't paying for it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME,no one offered to call me back, it was ALWAYS my responsibility to call them back and what kind of business doesn't offer you $25 back of your own money when they messed up,a bunch. I will be telling everyone at my old job to get rid of Fidelity ASAP and anyone else i know that has it.

All the positive reviews from google reviews are spot on. this place was a quick solution for when…read morei needed extra money on my honeymoon. i was applying for loans and the APR was 700% ! so 500$ but repay is 2000$ x amount of dollars. But this place is a cash advance based off of income and your direct deposits. I got approved for almost the full amount. I did the paperwork online, they called me right away, first i called to ask questions and gwen and another woman were so helpful and friendly. I did all the required paperwork and opted to attach it all and got my approval in 10 mins. The only downside was although the location was so amazingly friendly my wait time was over an hour and i was confused about that because I did all the paperwork before and was advised everything was sent to the desired location. BUTTTT it was worth it . Because i needed the funds and they had it AT 10% interest WOW what a deal. Also because i get paid weekly i had 3 weeks to choose how much and and which pay days to spread payment back. i lost the time needed to prepare for my trip but an extra 600$ is well worth it. Great place, great concept and really friendly workers. They knew everyone and it was a personable environment. Would recommend and would use again !!!!!! ALSO the google reviews responses are amazing, another reason i choose Chextop. Customer service is important and they are getting it all the way around ! happy customer thanks again !!
