We were in a mode where we needed to refinance. Not knowing what a streamline loan is about it was just assumed we would never hear from her again after we closed the first time with Robin. She said we would hear from her 6 payments after the refi. I said to myself "nobody does that!". To my surprise, she did and we got a 1.65% rate change to our favor. Now that is dedication to the customers. So to say I would recommend RMS and Robin to anyone refinancing or probably looking for a first home loan. Just do it. Over 2 refinances, Robin saved us 4.30% interest. That saved us 1 year and a half in payments, plus about $130 per month in payments, PLUS putting our loan in escrow of about $350 - 400 per month vs. making monthly payments to Faye and HSBC at $2446 and NO escrow. Add our home owners insurance in the $350 - 400. That is a good chunk of change and we have Robin to thank for that. Per month, that adds up to at least $480 a month we save. WOW!! We ALSO have a lender that is pleasant to us in that I made the first 2 payments, but they did not get it. I called the bank several times to ask why and they said there was not a stop payment to TMS (The Money Source). Eventually there was one found. We were ok TMS said and no late fees or hits on the credit bureau on us for it being late. WOW! Robin can confirm this in that NEVER would have happened with Faye Servicing or HSBC who we had nothing but problems with. Thank you again Robin Peters and RMS!! Love your approach in helping out customers as again, Robin did not find an HSBC or Faye Servicing type lender, but a good one for this customer. read more
