I just went there to cash a money order in my name from M&T Bank. I have done it several times…read morebefore but they informed me that they would not cash it. The person I spoke to was extremely dismissive and could not explain why they would not cash an official money order from a bank. Anyway, I'm taking it to the bank now. I just think businesses like this should treat customers as if they matter not in a "it's your fault you have to be here" way. I will never go to this location again.

I had the reference # for the transaction and everything was in order. The manager refused to give me the money because of the one name on the order. I had to keep saying over and over how I am the person that is supposed to get the money, and if I was not the person, then how did I have the reference#? Finally they decided to give me the money. I won't ever go there again and I advise anyone that does not want to be hassled not to go there. The customer service was awful, the manager was arguing with me about who I am.
