I have been a client of this branch for a long time now about 6 years,…read more Within this last year there has been two new managers. The last manager Dennis was tolerable. Even though there was some things I didn't like. However this new manager John, is way worst. I use to get the feel of a welcoming branch when I entered the branch now I feel like there is some one always watching me. Not to mention some of the regular bankers aren't there anymore. Its seem every time I come in John is hoovering when a bankers is completing my transaction. I've been going here for a while so I know the young ladies here have been here awhile and know what they are doing. This is very discrediting to them and very uncomfortable for the customer. I do not like this new protocol of watching over the employees and customer transaction. The purpose of them switching the branch setup to my understanding was to create a safe a comfortable environment for the client and this is not doing that.
