The worker inside saw but wouldn't acknowledge me. There was also another customer there too trying to get something that also wasted his gas and time. Both times made soo angry . My home banker who is out of state made a few calls to put me in contact with a financial advisor closer to where I live after my expressed interest in transferring the management of my portfolio to someone closer to my home. He found this location and had a discussion with Liliana Mayes who he then put in contact with me to set up a meeting to discuss whether there would be a fit between us and go on from there. After a few meetings and discussions I decided to proceed with the out of state transfer. Ms. Mayes is the most professional, knowledgeable financial advisor that I have ever done business with. Her professionalism is spot on. Now I've been a client of this location for a couple years and can also give complements to the Private Client banker at this location who is always knowledgeable and helpful with my banking needs. This location is top notch. When you arrive you are greeted by a Chase representative who offers you water or tea then welcomes you to sit in their comfortable, modern waiting area until your appointment begins with the respective Chase advisor or banker. My favorite Chase branch on the east coast!

I paid off my loan early and was due a refund, they called to let me know I had the option to pick up the check. I opted to have them mail the check, ten days later no check. I called and was told they can not control the postal service, I agreed, then I ask when was it mail thats when things became a little cloudy, I was told there is a 10 day hold before its mailed. My question is when I decided not to pick it up that day why wasn't I told there would be a 10 day hold and the inital response was we can't control the postal service...which is it? Did they hold it or is it the slow poistal service? This put a bad tadte in my mouth I'm not sure if I'll be using them again
