The wait time to sit down and speak with someone was less than five minutes. They actually had enough employees working on this Saturday morning to get people in and out which was a plus. Let me tell you a secret... I hate the bank and I try to avoid it at all costs. LOL.. I am so glad it's 2019 and things are done online and through other electronic devices. While here I got everything accomplished in less than ten minutes. My bank rep was very knowledgable and knew how to accommodate all of my grievances. Hopefully everything will be great and I don't have to go to the bank until next year. I figured I would get a bank account across the U.S since I travel a lot. My poor little credit unions only have five Maryland locations. I know for a fact that Wells Fargo is better than Bank of America.

Awful First Encounter Since buying a home in Ellicott City…read morethis year I have been bugging my partner to open an account at the local credit union & leave her lousy commercial bank behind. Today she went to this location to open our first credit union account -and had such a lousy experience she already does not want to go back! They couldn't be bothered to say her name correctly, were not welcoming, and served others who arrived after her before her needs were met. Staff were self-described "floaters" not regulars so no regular relationships can be established, which I had been looking forward to at a credit union. And the (all white presenting) staff spoke loudly about a Black customers hairstyle, praising his "well kept" locks - ugh. To cap it off, they asked her to remove her mask ("masks are optional" according to the SECU website, implying at least that you can stay protected from disease at their branches). So disappointing and such a horrible introduction to our local credit union.

I am writing to express significant concern regarding recent disruptions at the Catonsville Tax…read moreOffice due to the absence of Miss Turner, a long-time and highly valued preparer. Her reduced hours, reportedly due to budget cuts, have negatively impacted on service quality and caused considerable frustration among patrons. Miss Turner is widely regarded as one of the best preparers available. Many patrons, including myself, rely on her expertise to ensure accurate and efficient tax preparation. Unfortunately, during her absence, I had attempts to use other offices. A different location resulted in incorrect amendment that could not be filed as the preparer could not duplicate the original taxes. This led to duplicated efforts and inconvenience, ultimately requiring a return to Miss Turner for corrections. Given these issues, I strongly urge the management to: * Reconsider and restore Miss Turner's regular working hours at the Catonsville office * Implement measures to guarantee experienced preparers such as Miss turner has her hours Thank you for your attention to this matter. Restoring reliable, expert services is essential to meet patron's needs and maintain trust.
