Once the Pizza was delivered, set everything up to get the family ready to eat, opened the boxes and was immediately disappointed. Both pizzas were not what we had ordered. Received a sausage and pep pizza and a sausage onion and misc Pizza. The cheese sticks were missing most of the cheese, the pizzas were also undercooked and doughy. Called the business, they initially said there was nothing they could do, then said they could remake the Pizza if we could come pick it up. Unfortunately that was not an option, which is why we had ordered delivery.

Here's the issue, almost every time or every other time I make a order (Using the mobile tracker) I will show up when it says my order is done then I get to the window and find out they are just putting it in the oven because someone that ordered AFTER ME ordered the same thing and is at the store so to make it convenient for them and the other person they just give them MY FOOD instead of having that person wait. Instead they treat my food like its a Little Caesars hot n ready and the other person doesn't have to wait for their food at all and I have to wait TWICE as long for using the system how its designed. If it were once or a few times no big deal, but this is often and consistent. I mentioned this to a staff and he was like "Yeah I agree, but its not my call." meaning the manager encourages this.
