The food was great! Unfortunately, the staff made us feel unwelcome. Not one smile from anybody. I could hear them talking and standing purposely right next to me as I'm trying to enjoy my food. The other staff lady was banging and slamming her broom into the canister, so loud that the entire store could hear it. Rude and distracting. Save your money, we aren't welcome there. Going to be honest here When we arrived the staff that greets you is not very friendly. When we payed we went to our tables the environment was very clean with a lot of staff cleaning and refilling food. My mother signed the receipt copy and as we were walking out, only 5 feet away. This place is an alright establishment. We first walked in and they were kinda and friendly but they didn't come around to take the empty plates like usual buffet restaurants do. The food was alright at best. The fish (which I assumed is cod) very tasteless, fries tasted like cold stale Burger King fries, the beans had this weird sauce on them, no clue what it was. Not to mention the garlic toast was hard as a rock. I could throw it at someone to knock them out. The honey chicken was alright but the BBQ chicken and potato wedges were amazing. The restaurant is very clean and efficient. Friendly staff. Extensive selection. The food is ok. I've had better, but I've also had worse. General Tso's chicken is not spicy, just syrupy. Fresh sushi, salads, and a ton of food. If buffets are your thing, this isn't a bad choice. You'll leave full. Top it off with a little ice cream, and call it a meal. Food: I had some of the traditional Asian cuisine. Fruit selection is excellent, nice ice cream bar, sushi quality is low. Fried rice isn't cooked properly, it's dry and clumpy, spicy chicken isn't that spicy, and honey chicken is not good. I was very impressed with the selection and quality of food at Panda Garden Buffet. The restaurant itself has been remodeled recently and is very clean inside. Plenty of traditional Chinese buffet items as well as some special to Panda Garden which are a must try. The Thai chicken was one of my favorites. Also has a sushi bar, decent for a buffet but not out of this world, and a hibachi counter which was very tasty! Don't let the exterior fool you- the inside is nicer than it appears. A little spendy for my liking considering that I can never seem to get past going up for a third plate but the buffet has everything you'd want. They have a sushi bar, raw meats bar cooked to order, dessert table, salad bar, and even "american" options scattered in (ex. Fries, pizza, and mozzarella sticks) with all your Chinese favorites. My favorites on the buffet were the general tsos chicken (less spicy than you'd expect) and the chicken and broccoli. Crab Rangoons are always my favorite get and usually I don't care for the recipes that involve green onion but there ones were tasty. Was hoping for a little more side dish varieties only being able to find chicken fried rice and lo mein noodles but later found the white rice tucked over by the beverage station. The signs posted around about being charged extra on wasted food were a little intimidating not being able to tell what they mean by wasted food. My guest and I were afraid to try anything we might not like and have to leave it behind because of this sign- but that's all the fun of going to a buffet trying all the kinds you'd normally wouldn't order at normally as a take out order. The taste is a little bit above what you'd expect from a Chinese buffet but falls a little below from being the best. Disgusting. Never have I been so grossed out in my life. After eating here I went home and took a shower because I felt so filthy. Every kind of chicken they have is chewy. They let the food sit out all day long and let it get cold and soggy and refuse to put more out until everything is gone, even when they see how nasty the stuff is. Their buffet price is also ridiculous. $15 per person for a disgusting meal. If you're feeling for a buffet go to Pizza Ranch down the road. $10 and good food. read more

I know that whether or not Chinese restaurants are any good depends a lot on family recipes. This is a place where I could not tell the difference between one entree and the next. From eggrolls to sushi (only Maki, no nigiri) to green beans to seafood delight.... everything tasted the same and did not taste at all Asian... just the flavors of the component ingredients with minimal seasoning. We brought our family and siblings out to eat and paid over $80 for ourselves. Another member of our family attended a few short minutes later, we then paid $14 for him. He didn't eat much of anything and when we asked if we could have his food to go and we were then told he had to pay a FULL PRICE to-go box.
