The food is normally decent however that's where the positive experience ends. Delivery takes close to 2 hours, for a simple order. Last time I decided to pick my order up myself, and still took an hour and a half until it was ready. I talked to the manager, a young kid, who obviously did not care about customer service and was rude. Absolutely terrible. I have been a customer for a long time, I should probably be customer of the year with all the business I have given them but their management is absolutely terrible. Here's the issue, almost every time or every other time I make a order (Using the mobile tracker) I will show up when it says my order is done then I get to the window and find out they are just putting it in the oven because someone that ordered AFTER ME ordered the same thing and is at the store so to make it convenient for them and the other person they just give them MY FOOD instead of having that person wait. Instead they treat my food like its a Little Caesars hot n ready and the other person doesn't have to wait for their food at all and I have to wait TWICE as long for using the system how its designed. If it were once or a few times no big deal, but this is often and consistent. I mentioned this to a staff and he was like "Yeah I agree, but its not my call." meaning the manager encourages this. Take your money elsewhere to someone that values your business and doesn't give your food you waited for to other people. read more

Few things. This place has really declined in quality the last couple years. Every time my food is half burnt and way out of the time window but you guys lie and say it's done at the last second of the time window to not get in trouble with corporate and when I come up to pick it up you say it'll be a few more minutes. The food is decent, the people can be helpful. They give out coupons for their free emergency pizza and those do not work. They also forgot that the 16-piece bread bites do include a free marinara in it as well, even with the app. Even when you order it online with marinara they do not give it to you unless you pay for it. The food is usually okay, but the service is terrible. Regular menu prices have become quite expensive and the only way to get a decent deal is with coupons. However, they normally don't honor coupons unless you order through the app. As one who usually doesn't use my phone for ordering or paying for anything, it is cumbersome and time consuming to have to order that way. Besides, the app only allows you to use one coupon per order and half the time the final cost is more than the coupon said it should have been. When confronting the manager about this, I've been told a complicated story about how coupons come through corporate and when there is an extra charge the store is supposed to eat it, but this store refuses.....thus, the customer gets stuck with the added cost. For example, tonight we ordered a special which was advertised as $19.99 for two medium pizzas, 8-pc. parmesan bites, 16 pc cinnamon twists and a two liter of coke. I was charged $24. The manager refused to adjust the price to what it should have been. On another occasion I wanted to order a 3-topping pizza at $7.99 like we've been doing for a few years. When I called to place the order they tried to charge me nearly double that price.....was told I would have to order online to get the $7.99 price. Are you kidding? I really don't need need this much of a hassle just to order pizza.....Goodbye Dominoes!! read more

I ordered on my phone and waited until it said my order was ready, I then went up to the drive through gave my name and paid. Then I was handed on pizza and a smaller box. I had ordered two pizza so I informed them that wasn't my order and they didn't believe me until showing them my phone order. They then said they would check on something and didn't come back. 15 minutes passed and another worker asked my name and left, then another. Then the first person came back and asked me to drive around because there was 6 minutes until my pizza was ready. So I drove around and 10 minutes later I was back at the window and I got my second pizza. My first pizza was now cold, I was late for my meeting and I got no apology from the Dominos team. I've always liked the Dominos of Willmar, MN. The pizza is always delivered quickly and is always hot and fresh. The only complaint I have is the specialty chicken is quite small because the chicken is sliced in half instead of being full pieces and the specialty bread is usually pretty small as well. read more

Nice pizza willmar always has hot good pizza nothing great just good but one of better of the big chains. Anytime something was not quite right on the online ordering I received a phone call to check if it was ok. I once forgot to put on sauce thats why they called.
