Hopefully this was just an off day because I've eaten here before and will probably be back, but the service and food-handling standards could definitely be better.

I've eaten at this location 2 different times now- through the drive thru- and I haven't had any issues. The food has been hot and exactly what you'd expect from a kfc. The staff seems friendly and attentive- I'd have to say this location was one of the first locations that have asked me if I wanted the gravy on my mashed potatoes Both times I've gotten sauces and they've given me plenty without me having to ask. I will say it's a little off putting driving up and seeing all the chairs flipped up hours before closing- so this is partly why both times I just drove thru. But I get it because later in the evening this location doesn't have high traffic but maybe that is one of the factors? Who knows. Either way I've had posting experiences here so I will continue to come here until I don't.

Restaurant wasn't as busy as I expected it to be only being a little before 7 pm. No one was eating in and only a few cars cycled through the drive thru. Staff was friendly- shift leader more so (who had taken our order). Didn't have any interactions with other staff working other than the ones who had just gotten off and hung out in the dining area. Can't say I enjoyed hearing the staff yell back and forth to each other from table to behind the counter but I was already almost finished eating. A little confused as to why half the restaurant was already blocked off before 7 pm and not allowing people to eat on the right side- but I guess as I stated no one was really there so I figured it was their way of preparing for closing. A little too early though in my opinion especially when the restaurant isn't that big to begin with. Food was good. Hot. And order was correct. So no complaints there. Just wish the atmosphere was a little more welcoming.
