Most of the time, customer service is not very good. A few nice employees. Pizza tastes bomb. Its a recently built gas station so its nice.

Service is absolutely awful. The new store is nice, but that's it. The employees are rude and act like you are bothering them.

I got a taco pizza from there had no toppings and they brought me the toppings to put on my pizza instead of making me a new one.

I really like the pizza I know how to tell a good pizza since my husband is actually from Napoli…read moreand is a chef. I wish in my margherita they would add more basil, tomato and not burnt. Mine was cooked perfect since I told them to add more basil garlic and more sauce The drinks are great. The ambiance is very modern I wish they would had played Italian music to make it authentic. There are so many waiters all very young and they need to be more mindful to come to our table to make sure we are ok we wanted to order more food but our server was ghosting us. We saw many servers eating in the back many pizzas were burnt

It was a cold night in DeKalb, Illinois. However, it was nice and comfortably warm in Iniga's…read morePizzeria. We decided to drop in since it had just opened, and we wanted to see what they had to offer. If you look at the name "pizzeria napoletana" you may get the idea that this isn't Pizza Hut. It isn't. This is (according to my wife who has been to Naples in Italy) pizza the Napoletanese way. Thin crusts, interesting toppings, and different than mainstream American pizza. When we arrived we were promptly greeted at the door as we walked in, and given a choice of bar or dining room seating. We selected the dining room. Both areas were warm and comfortable, with the usual things in the bar (big screen TV) and dining room (art on the walls, nice tables and chairs, nice booths). We started with the Bagna Cauda, which was delicious. It seemed to be a little light on the garlic compared to my friend's version of the dish, but it was still good. It was served with bread, fennel, pepper and zucchini for dipping. It could have fed 4. For pizzas, my wife ordered their Margherita Verace, and I ordered their Puttanesca pizza. The Puttanesca had green olives, brown olives and white anchovies. The crust was very thin - so thin that I ended up cutting this with my knife and using my fork. I couldn't even fold it - the crust is very soft. I tried my wife's Margherita Verace, and it was similar in crust. It had lots of good stuff on it, and tasted good. Drinks were reasonably sized. I had a glass of wine which was fresh, and my wife after trying to order (and pronounce) Raganrok found that they were out of the sweet mead, so she went with a Negroni instead, which she said was quite good. The bathrooms were clean, but chilly in temperature. I hit the hot air hand dryer as I walked out in an effort to warm up the space. Clean, all fixtures worked, and well kept. The question boils down to this: Are you willing to experience pizza the way it was originally made - or not. If you are willing, you should try this place out. If you aren't willing - well, that's on YOU to change. You're missing a lot.

On our way through the country, my dad decided it was high time to get his hands on some Chicago…read morestyle deep dish pizza. He's not really that technologically advanced which is surprising because he was an electrical engineer at one point in his life. Anyway, he kept trying to find pizza places along our route and every time he found one that was either in the opposite direction from where we were going, was closed, or wasn't making deep dish. I finally pulled over and we found Lou's. We placed our order over the phone, and made our way towards the restaurant. It's not much to look at from the outside, sort of run down or outdated. Inside it's better, but still remnants from another time remain. My dad picked up the pie and we took it to the car because it was wicked hot and we were traveling with my dog. The pizza didn't look that impressive from the start, but that was before I inspected it intently. I picked up a slice and it was the most massive cheese pull I've ever experienced in my entire life. I have never seen that much cheese on a food item ever. It was by far the most massive cheese dose I've ever seen, and nothing has come even close. The taste was good, but I prefer a ratio of more sauce to cheese. The crust was tender, the sauce was hot, and the cheese was chewy, but none of it was anything too out of the ordinary. The extraordinary part about it was definitely the sheer volume of cheese on that deep dish piece of magnificence. I would likely return if I were in the area, just to re-experience the cheese-tastic inundation of their pie. Price is good, service is fast, selection is decent and people are fairly friendly. Bathrooms and restaurant are dated but relatively clean, and the food is good but nothing gourmet. Not standard by any means, but come for the deep dish cheese pie and prepare yourself for a cheese landslide!

The pizza was ok. Not great, not bad, but, the hand tossed crust was a little "dough-y". Decent…read moreamount of ingredients. Next time I order I will ask to have it done a little longer. It just felt like about 3 more minutes in the oven would have helped tremendously.
