It's not my neighborhood but anytime I'm in the vicinity I'll be making a stop at Lee's. Came in for oranges. Left with green onions, black cherries, oranges, peaches, corn tortillas, fresh corn, avocados, bananas and some fun looking cheddar flavored toasted corn kernels.

Wherever we travel, we love checking out the local farmers market! We ran into this farmers market meeting a friend for a hike. We were too early since they don't open until 10am. Afterwards, we came back to check it out. Love the sense of community. It got really busy with some vendors having long lines. Fresh vegetables, fruit, amazing cider, meat, cheese, fresh oysters, fresh mushrooms, bread and baked goods. And, of course, gorgeous fresh flowers!! The food options are great with grilled salmon and breakfast sandwiches. We left with fresh apricots, cherries and a bottle of Apple Cider. Parking on side streets can get full near the farmers market. It gets quite busy. There are no bathrooms. It is also dog friendly.

It got quite busy at times at several stands, but it went quickly and everyone was chill about it. It was not chaotic or stressful at all, no claustrophobic vibes here. It was also fun to people watch to see what other patrons were buying. Many people were out with the entire family and pets and enjoying the great weather. I can't wait for summer to roll around and for more stuff to come to market!

The tough part is the little critters were on our bbq sticks which were pulled out from the display area under the heat lamps. And that was very concerning for me. So sad to say due to this, we won't be going back. I hate to even leave this review but I'll always be honest about all experiences. Good or bad. We had an order that was supposed to be delivered on Thanksgiving morning (that's what it said on their newsletter), but it arrived on Friday instead. When we contacted customer service, they gave defensive response that three minutes after we placed the order, the system updated to the "correct" delivery date, even though their newsletter said they don't deliver on that date. The response didn't actually address the lack of clarity about the delivery date. They even once included a slip of paper with someone else's name, phone number, and address. We're done with this place.

When you arrive the days of, a friendly staffer meets you, provides you with your list of prechosen meals and instructions, and you are set free to start assembling. There is a station for each meal with its own instructions and prepped ingredients. You follow your preprinted assembly cards to each station, follow the instructions, put your meal in a cold holding fridge, and move on to your next meal. Continue till you are finished. So simple! I was able to assemble 25 premise dinners in 2 hours. That's a whole month of dinners for the family...in just 2 hours!
