Overall this is a good place to stop. The bathrooms/showers are clean enough. All the hookups work accordingly. My only complaint is the bathrooms are in the middle of all the rows of RVs, and they have a small sign that asks you not to walk through occupied sites. Which means what would be a short 2-5 minute walk turns into a 10+ minute walk. Which isn't a huge deal until the handicapped spots are occupied and someone like my grandpa, who is disabled with a walker, has to take a much longer route. I understand people have their sites, but it would be beneficial to have a pathway through the middle for easier access to the bathrooms. This is a nice rv park. We were further away from the highway, so it wasn't too noise. The spot for your trailer is gravel, but there is a lot of green grass this time of year. Like the easy access from the freeway. Also you get a code to get in the gate. The staff was very friendly and thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again. RPI member read more

Might be great for RVs, but we paid a high price for the Pauline House for a night. The staff was nice, HOWEVER there is no suitable air conditioning in the house. There were fans all over, and one small floor ac unit for the entire house! It was hot until late. There were bugs all over! The beds weren't made, the kitchen ice machine didn't work, there was no shampoo in either bathroom! There are no blinds or curtains on the main windows in living area (though they look nice). The house looks nice until you try to shower or relax, simply watch TV on a hot day, or sleep with flying bugs constantly harassing you. Just bite the bullet & stay in Sunriver! Just laying here in master bedroom writing this I've had 6 flying bugs land on me! read more

The managers and other campers were amazing here. Once we parked, our truck wouldn't start. The manager heard the truck not turning over and immediately came to check on us and called a mechanic over and this was after hours. It started to pour and we were under thunderstorm warnings and others came to help us so we could at least unhitch the trailer so we could be in it. They all got soaked. Thanks to their help, we did get it started after the storm. I was so impressed with them. They offered to help find mechanics and had someone lined up to tow our truck if needed. We hope to visit a lot more. read more

We had a very nice stay at cascade Meadows. Although we were only able to run one air condition, that was the drawback of the trip. We were having a heatwave that week but luckily we were parked close to the pool. The maintenance guy Dustin was very helpful, when I called the office to see if they have a store (which they didn't) they offered to give me hot dog buns that I was looking for. Very nice. Check-in was fast and easy with Megan. And the resort was well kept and easily access. Thank you for a great stay, our first trip to Oregon was a success. read more

We bought a membersip about a year ago and we LOVE this camp. We are never bored in this area with so many varied things to do - trails, volcanic related things to visit, Mt Bachelor and beautiful drives. The people are super friendly and make us feel welcome. Showers are clean and they have videos to check out for evenings. We can't get enough of this camp. We stay 2 weeks at a time and never run out of things to do. read more

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. I'm currently full timing it in our RV up in Oregon. I stayed here for 2 weeks and will be back in 3 weeks to stay again before I leave. Each spot has full hook ups, which I'm not used to at my other RV campgrounds. being able to dump at my spot made a huge difference! It's very quiet here which is nice! My mother and I attended their Christmas gift exchange and had a great time! Everyone is down to Earth here. We felt very welcome. There is wifi that you can pre-pay for for $1.10 a gig. it worked perfect at my site! The bathrooms were easily accessible and the showers had great water pressure! At the end of our stay we ended up getting snowed in. The staff was quick to help us out by keeping the roads plowed and when we needed it, they brought the tractor in to move the snow out from in front of our rig so we could get out. Anytime something was wrong they were very quick to accomodate. I am an RPI member so I was paying RPI prices. It was WELL worth the $13 a night to stay here. The location was perfect. Just far enough out of town, but right off the highway so it wasn't a long drive to get to the hustle and bustle when needed. We will be returning before we head back out of state. read more

This is a quiet park nicely kept grounds and facilities. It's a perfect location when exploring the area around Bend. Close to the highway so for those of you who are light sleepers bring earplugs. You can hear the traffic though if you want a nice park with ample space between sites this is a great option. read more

This a very nice park with huge grassy 65' + pull through sites. It was about 50 percent occupied when every other park was full in mid-Aug when I found it and was grateful the management stayed out past 7pm welcoming late travelers on a Friday night. Non members were offered sites without water or sewer (present but told not to use) and advised to not to run 2 air conditioners on their 30 amp per site outlets. Our power went out several times and I'm not sure it was other RV's running 2 air conditioners, but an aged electric system. I'm told the park has new ownership and if the infrastructure and pool are upgraded it will be very successful. I would have been perfectly happy without the water and sewer, too bad about the power. read more

We stayed here last month for three nights and really enjoyed it. The sites are nice and spacious. The meadow offers beautiful views of the Cascades and the gorgeous sunsets. We had to change our dates (twice!) prior to arrival and Kristina was so friendly and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by Janice. The restrooms and showers were very clean and we also enjoyed the movies offered for checkout in the lobby. Another very nice perk is the raised, enclosed fire-pits they have available for campers to use and they sell great firewood. Honestly, sitting by the campfire each night we were here was such a relaxing and wonderful experience. We enjoyed talking to Janice's husband, Coley, when he delivered the firepit to us. Our time here was so enjoyable that we chose to extend our stay and added on the third night. My only recommendation would to add a few pet waste stations throughout the park since there is only one trash dumpster. I should also mention that our stay coincided with the start of the stay-at-home order due to the COVID-19 outbreak. While there was a feeling of uncertainty in the community as well as in the news that week, the staff here did their best to help guests to feel safe and welcome. This was much appreciated. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Central Oregon. read more

We came last year as we are members of Sound Pacific (besides Cascade & also in S.P.: Neskowin near Lincoln City, OR & Beachwood near Blaine, WA-we'd choose Neskowin #1). It IS nice to have lots of space between sites. Some ideas to improve Cascade: have fewer sites & gussy them up & if you are putting out picnic tables-make them decent Really should be called a park. I understand the need for 5 miles per hour speed limit because of many dust storms-wish there were a way to gravel. Lastly we had a very old 5th wheeler park next to us-a rusty faded beige with faded yellow, gold & brown trim - part of the covering in the front is plywood-really awful! This park looks very inviting from the road but it does prove that looks can be really deceiving. If you aren't a member of the "club" don't bother. Not a single person responded to a wave or a smile. My husband said "hello" to the people next to us while he was setting up and the woman just glared at him. What a cliquish bunch these folks are! In reading the "brochure" there were so many demands, orders and warnings I guess I'd be a bit cranky too. I wish I had kept it so I could list them all but it was really bizarre. As we were setting up we realized our location put us right near the highway and even with fans on we could still hear the traffic - and that continued all night long. We also realized we were right near what looked to be a defunct pond - half full with sludgy green water and the air was filled with mosquitoes! We went out to do some shopping and returned to the park later in the afternoon. As we got out of our car a man raced up on his golf cart and yelled that we had to go slower because of the dust. He didn't say hi - or bother with any pleasantries just an order. Since my husband was observing the 5 mile an hour limit posted EVERYWHERE in the park I was shocked he was so rude. But the man was right - they do have a dust problem.................and a noise problem and a mosquito problem, AND an ATTITUDE problem. read more

This is a great RV Park. Every year it gets better. There's a lot to do in the area as long as you don't mind a little driving. The area is meant for those that love the outdoors. The staff always gets back to you in a very timely manner and pretty much do everything they can to make your stay pleasant. Sites are large and well maintained. They could use some building up and the staff is working on making it happen. Even though most of the roads are gravel you'd be hard pressed to find a pothole. If you do it'll be fixed within a day. Great for kids, grandkids and families. This is a pearl in the making. We come here at least twice a year. Enjoy your stay. read more

If it wasn't for the highway and train, Cascade Meadows would be a pretty quite place (...well, except when they have live music) . The people here really seem to keep to themselves. I rarely see anyone walking around. They're very particular about the grass. No tents, large outdoor rugs or parking on the grass. I never heard of that at other RV Parks. They have a restaurant on property that seems to keep strange hours. They have WiFi but it can be very very slow and keep dropping the connection when a lot of people are using it. Overall not a bad experience. read more

I have received a couple of messages from the new management team at Cascade Meadows regarding the change of ownership and change of attitude they're bringing to the park. Although I honestly won't have the opportunity to stay at the park again as we no longer have an RV, I'm a firm believe in second chances. The fact that they reached out years after writing my review speaks loudly to the kind of customer service they're striving for. I'd say they're more than worth giving a shot. :) read more

Tried to make a reservation on our way back from Zion national park ( thinking this would be a great stop on our second night driving home) Emailed the resort, waited 2 days and no response. Called after two days at 3:30 pm, no answer, left a voice mail for someone to call us and 4 days later still no response what so ever! Very unprofessional!!!!
