The roof that is less than ten years old was leaking at the downspouts from a bad installation, and was causing issues. Brock was able to quickly diagnose the issue, and gave a reasonable estimate for the work compared to other roofers. I can't say enough how I respect being punctual from Best West is important. Another contractor showed up 45 mins late, and literally lived two blocks away.
