I hired Proscapes for extensive work. While some tasks were completed well, most were very poorly…read moredone. Jerod mistakenly hired an unqualified employee, which compromised the quality of my project. I paid $55,000 for a Trex fence, but he only used half a bag of Quikrete per post instead of the required three or more. I've reached out to Jerod, but he hasn't responded yet. The posts were installed too far apart to accommodate the gates I requested. The most disappointing part is that they forgot I wanted gates until Elton, the project manager, found the original sketch during a discussion. There have been ongoing issues with the gates. I've hired someone else, effective January 6, 2025, to address problems caused by the unqualified employee. If you are having water drainage issues, I'd look elsewhere. The work Proscapes did was hardly effective. The amount of water he attempted to redirect was a failure. I spent thousands of dollars to have it redirected to a safe, aesthetic solution. Instead, I still have mud and standing water, and I'm having to hire another company to fix it. After several attempts, Jerod grew tired of sending a crew to correct the mistakes his prior crew had made. I spent over one hundred thousand dollars having my front and back yard landscaped, an irrigation system installed, and the Trex fence erected. The driveway he repoured, his crew parked on, leaked transmission fluid within a week. To rid me of the stains, he charged me half the cost of a stain, which was a mistake. It peeled immediately, and now the concrete is cracking, developing ruts, and looks absolutely horrible. I have receipts to back up the statements I have made. While Jerod is a very nice man when we interact, his business has been less than I was led to believe it could be. Do yourself a favor and research further than I did. I was too eager and neglected to do the research. My fence posts need to be reset, and Jerod is unwilling to fix the extremely expensive mistakes his company made. Get a written guarantee before starting any extensive work. Not getting a written guarantee was my mistake. An honorable man would stick by his word. Charles Thayer Roma Rd Bellingham WA

I don't even know where to start, with my anger, at being taken advantage of by a local landscaping company. Don't get me wrong the work is beautiful, but boy did Proscapes gouge me. I was quoted $2700.00 and afterwards was invoiced over $6,000. All of this started in Sept of last year. Navy Fed is now involved. I sent Proscapes, a, cashiers check, on 1 Oct through BECU for $4000.00 to settle my debt to them. The cashiers check was never cashed. And, The story continues.... All this being said, please ... Overall, I'm really happy with my quartz countertops from Integrity Stonework. The quartz looks…read moregreat, it was cut well to the shape of my kitchen, and the seam between 2 countertop pieces is practically invisible. The process from enquiring to ordering was very straightforward and easy to engage with. I was able to go and view the quartz prior to them cutting it to shape. The only road bump we hit was with installation. For the most part it was a good installation job, but it turned out that one of my cabinets was a bit higher than the others, which wasn't visible with the old counters. The installation team pointed out to me that they had to put an additional piece of wood under the counter in that location, but they didn't point out that it then made that counter higher than the others, and I didn't see that when they showed me. I only noticed the height difference after the installers left. My feedback is that I would have liked the installers to have been more explicit about this height difference before they glued the quartz down. I was relying on Integrity Stonework to be the experts for this installation, so trusted that they would point items like this out. After the installation, I had to pay an additional company to come in and remove the countertop to adjust the cabinet before gluing the quartz down again as Integrity Stonework did not offer to come and fix it, despite my request to them to make good on this. To be fair, the installation team did point out a different issue with countertop leveling in a different part of the kitchen prior to gluing items down. I think the height differential was just an unfortunate hiccup as part of this journey, so be thorough and ask to check the countertops prior to anything being glued down!

They were a pleasure working with from selecting the stone in the office, measuring our kitchen, to installing. We had a sort of non-standard window shelf that we weren't sure how it would turn out, but they gave us a few options (with drawings, measurements, and schematics so we could see in detail) for the raised bay window. Installation was quick and easy. We're very happy we went with Integrity.
