Bought TRUGLO Tg-h3 sights for a shield here. Happily paid their markup instead of ordering on amazon, because I like to support local business when I can. I did ask about the "markup" even over amazon and was told, they install them for me too! Which is great. I dont have to get my sight tool out and mess with it. Saves me some time. Leave the slide there. A week goes by, two weeks. I finally call them, "oh! The sights will be here this week! We'll call." Another week comes in, I finally get a call, its ready for pick-up. The sights are visibly off. Anyone with a brain and a good prescription can see that they were off. I had to get my sight tool out anyway. What the f**K is the point of buying sights here, paying their markup, and having an idiot install them? Most of the guys in this store are very knowledgeable, at least when speaking to them. A couple of their guys have that typical gun store attitude "I'm better than you and know more than you." I don't pretend to know everything. I'm always trying to learn from the people around me. I have built, from scratch various firearms though. So I do know something... Buy your sights on amazon. And pay these guys to put them on. Check them before you leave the store. You may still have to have them adjusted a hair, but at least get them CLOSE before walking out the door. read more

The store is relatively new, and has a somewhat limited stock to look at, but has great customer service and competitive pricing. The owners are friendly and don't try to BS people into the most expensive or exotic options, or try to scare people into a purchase. They do use customer feedback to try to stock items in the future that customers request. I have purchased accessories and done an interstate FFL transfer through the shop, and have a friend who purchased a firearm there as well. I like to support my local gun shops, and these folks make it easy by providing good service and value for my money. read more

Great place, with great people! I first came across Cascade Firearms awhile back, when searching for a Springfield XDs 9mm. Everywhere that I knew of and called was out of stock or back ordered. So I google searched "guns stores, Vancouver WA" and it popped up. So I visited, and found that they had two XDs 9's in stock, had a great conversation with the guy behind the counter and went home happy with my new pistol (CWP carrier). A few months later, I went in looking for a Keltec PMR30 after shooting a friends of mine and thought it was a lot of fun and a neat gun to add to my collection. They had just sold their last one, but took down my info and said they'd call me when their next shipment came in. Ultimately, I randomly walked into a big box store a couple days later and they had one on the shelf, so I snagged it while I could. Called Cascade to let them know to take me off their call/wait list for it and move onto the next guy. They were super cool about it, and appreciated the heads up. Then most recently a friend of mine was looking to sell an old Marlin 30-30 lever action rifle that was in pretty rough shape. I didn't know much about the rifle, its value, what it would take etc. to get it back into usable condition, but I'd been looking for an inexpensive lever gun to again add to the collection. I took the rifle in for them to look over, they bore scoped it for me to ensure there wasn't internal rust issues since it did have a decent amount of surface rust, and gave me a full account of what it was, what it would take to make good again, oiled it for me, then pulled a newer version of the same gun off the wall to allow me to compare it against. He gave me the price he would pay if he was buying it off my friend and then what he'd mark it up to once it was fixed. etc. etc. All at no charge. At the end of the day, I left the store knowing a ton more about the rifle, was educated on what its value was, where to find replacement parts, etc. and ultimately made a good deal with my friend, and Cascade took care of the exchange of ownership paperwork for us (thank you dumb WA laws). These guys are very nice, knowledgeable, and willing to spend some time with you. They aren't always the cheapest in town, but I'd happily give them an extra $20 in a transaction vs a big box store for the time and knowledge they have shared with me since I first found them. My husband and I found this place on accident! We were out searching store to store to find a specific pistol my husband was wanting to buy. He searched for local gun stores and cascade firearms popped up. We had some time and decided to go check em out. Not only are they super nice and knowledgeable people they happened to be the only shop that has the gun he wanted in stock! They were helpful in getting all the paperwork filled out and called us right away when his gun was able to be picked up. They are fair priced and have a wide range of items to choose from. These guys are amazing. Great service and they know their stuff, I've bought all except one of my firearms from them and I have not intention of going anywhere else. I have visited Sports Systems Vancouver and while they really have anything you can think of for sale (within legal reason) they tend to be a bit over priced and like to low ball on offers to buy used. Cascade on the other hand is overly fair and can order ANYTHING you want and get it rather quickly. Make the right decision and go with the staple of Vancouver. read more

I went in looking for a P239 and Dale looked for about 10 minutes or so but couldn't find one in stock immediately. He took down my number and called me the next business day to confirm one was on the way. Price was reasonable and the transfer process was thorough and detailed. I recently returned from 8 years out of the great state of Washington and didn't know where to go for a firearm, ammo, or firearm advice. I went to Sportsman's thinking it was my only option with good stock in the Clark County area, but after a 2 hour process to purchase a handgun due to their limited staff and honestly inexperienced sales people I said I'd never be back... So when the time came for me to pick up another firearm I asked around and a friend of mine told me about Cascade Firearms & Supply! I went in later that day and within 30 minutes I was in and out with my purchase, as well as some good advice! Went into this evening and was not impressed. First off Fox news was on so loud you could hear the bigotry no matter where you were in the store. Then they had some stools set up in front of the gun cases with people sitting in them. These people were obviously friends of the person working in the store. They sat there and watched gun videos on their phones. They pretended I wasn't trying to look at the guns and would not move out of the way. read more

Went in to the store today to look at the new Ruger LCP II which no one else seemed to have. The price was competitive and the service was great. I ended up liking it. Selection is good for handguns, ammunition and accessories. I'll go back whenever I need firearms stuff! read more
