We worked with this firm for two years, and it proved to be a major setback for our operations. Despite being assigned a "QuickBooks expert," the firm failed to manage our Housecall Pro integration correctly--continually insisting we simply unlink it. As the business owner, I was eventually able to coordinate with the software providers myself and fix the integration settings within just two weeks. Because our books were not being reconciled monthly as promised, we were advised to file 2024 taxes that were admittedly inaccurate to avoid "correction costs." This resulted in us overpaying on our tax liability based on flawed data. After I hired an independent bookkeeper in late 2025, they uncovered over 700 uncategorized transactions dating back nearly a year. Most damagingly, the firm underpaid our Q3 and Q4 Texas state sales tax. I am now personally responsible for the resulting fines and penalties. Despite these documented failures, the firm still charged $1,000 for "work performed" during the period these errors occurred. When I reached out to the owner to dispute this, they refused to take any responsibility for the penalties their mistakes caused. If you value accurate bookkeeping and a firm that stands by their professional work, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

This firm didn't help, guide or strategically do anything for us. I'm a small owner operator plumbing company. Every dollar helps as I'm sure most can understand. They weren't punctual. Weren't professional. Weren't courteous or friendly in the least. Expected us to know everything they needed. Multiple times came back saying more information was needed after us asking that question ahead of time. I don't suggest using these people. After further communication and finalizing the taxes, absolutely nothing changed. I still recommend finding a company who actually cares about thier clients. After acknowledging my concerns, they said take it or leave it basically and they weren't doing anything else. Unless I paid additionally $250per hour for more advice or strategy basically. I couldn't be less satisfied and feel we did all their work for them. The response is comical and extremely vague to cover the truth. Blain is the office manager. She made that extremely clear by answering EVERY question with "I'm not a tax person so I'm not qualified to answer that". So in theory yes You were responsive but accomplished absolutely nothing. The phone call that I personally had with you, I had to ask you at least 10 times to quit interrupting as you tried picking apart every sentence I said. Instead of listening to the whole experience you were asking about, which would help you better understand that situation in entirety. But yall are a spam tax shop and nothing more from mmy experience. I got absolutely no tax advise. No tax strategy talk. I paid yall in full what you asked got months ago. Took until the last day to get it done because nobody cared to help. Terrible all around

So here I am 2 weeks later and my card hasn't came in the mail, so then I call again 5/12, and the lady states there gonna have to cancel my card and ship a new one, after I already finally moved all my bill payments to the new digital card. Ridiculous. All of this because that shermaya lady. I want her fired, and that phone call neeeds to be reviewed bc I told her NO don't do that & also asked her multiple questions & she didn't have answers to them. After so many problems with rbfc, I'm actually going to withdraw my whole account and go somewhere else. And all rbfc users should too. This bank is terrible . We wanted to get an item notarized with my signature and my son's. We were seated and told by the receptionist it would be about 5 minutes. We waited over an hour with the receptionist, who was very polite by the way, telling us that the notary was manning the drive through. Several times she checked on us telling us staying it would just be a few more minutes. After waiting close to an hour the notary came to is and ushered us into an office. She looked at the paperwork and asked if we were members. I said yes I was. She then asked if my son was a credit union member and I told her no but I am and you are notarizing both our signatures. She refused to notarize our signatures and was very rude and put out as how dare we waste her time. I will be switching banks soon after this interaction. I can not recommend this credit union and advise caution if you choose them. So I called the phone number listed below and it is just a main customer service phone number, not an individual supervisor. I waited on hold for several minutes after spending several minutes listening to the options and finally gave up with being able to talk to anyone.
